Hi @rmstakkar I had vi number 7718884343. 6 months back I ported out since thn VI is delaying refund the excess amount I had paid. For 6 months i have been talking with @ViCustomerCare and they are not helping at all. Can you help? Not a big money but its a matter of ethics.

@ViCustomerCare Still issue of network not solved and somebody told from retension team says this bill genrated but I don't pay but again generated 135 kindly waive amt or a port to airtel

@ViCustomerCare Resolve Message sevices to my this 9985790651 number. 4 days back i call to care issue on Incoming service. After that they stoped both Incoming &outgoing Messaging service.

Vodafone-Idea (Vi or whatever it's called now) is the worst network in this country. Network speed is slower than a snail's funeral and they call themselves the fastest network in the country. @ViCustomerCare

@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare give me 3rd complaint no. without any solution as usual. First 26 than 29 now 3rd Aug. Vodaidea is making fool only.. I recharged for 56 days, one week already passed without network.. Will vodaidea extend my no network days..

@ViCustomerCare Normally there is no network of Vodafone Idea Sim, Miracle happen in some fraction of time. To alert via msg to pay postpaid bill or recharge prepaid balance. And after that Network is gone. Look likr Vodafone Idea Never Exist in India.

There is no/very poor 4G network, even 3G is also very bad. Complaint has been raised to #vodafoneidea in month of April'21 but still no improvement. Kindly look into this issue and do the needful. Location: 12.402931,78.155309 Panagamutulu X road-635106 @ViCustomerCare
