@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I've not receive any resolution and the cashback amount is still pending. Your customer service is worst. You're not able to resolve customer issues. Shall I add your CEO on this issue then you'll resolve this issue??? Vodafone is very bad service provider.

Team @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Thanx alot for adding to my problems My Sms hs nt bn wrking since last 10dys wit no in/ out msgs incl no banking/CC n oter OTP's as well. Ve complaind on daily basis via email/callcentre, DM & nw this but no solution #Vodafone

@ViCustomerCare I am raising network complaints from last 2 weeks but no solution is given. YouTube works fine but all other things are not working good. No one is looking the complaints. Many of the complaints are not even registered by them. Please look into it or porting out.
