    @ViCustomerCare Is Vi close the company ? If No, Then y all the time electricity gone and network gone always. There are no network when electricity gone. Last 20days getting problem in my town, Idea n/w also not available. Kindly look the matter, if plan to close we port it.

    @ViCustomerCare still no resolution on overcharged bill to me.I had talked to 15 different Vi executives about my bill issues.Don't know if Vi cares to solve customer's issues or just caring for only collecting payments from customer like us who always paid bills on time for 5yrs
