@ViCustomerCare I chosen V! And that lead me to fall back into a big hitch! Where I am facing regular Issue starting from Low signal range to No 4G, No VoLTE, only 3G! I believed in you V! And you betrayed my trust. The area I live in has got superb 4G reach coverage. But V!🤦

@ViCustomerCare respected sir your customer assistance at vi store ambedkar chowk karnal sh.Ankit walia etc .haryana do misselling with post paid plans to customer and than compell the customer to pay accordingly and i have complained several times with 199 also from 15.04.2021

@ViCustomerCare yesterday I visit vi store they charged me Rs 100 and gave me a new sim and they told me your sim problem will be solved after 2 hours... But till now there is no network j cant use my number since last 5 days i am complaining again and again but no response

@vodafonein I am ready to provide my DL as a address and identity proof which he is refusing to take. Kindly reconcile your state of customer services, I am very apprehensive about sharing Aadhar card with you lest it is misused by vested parties on whom you & I have no control

@ViCustomerCare I have been complaining of my Value Added Service in active since 19th May, however no one seems to help. You guys keep telling me its active. But the Hotstar login tells “invalid credentials”. Pathetic service
