    @PRIME1572 @ViCustomerCare And their network is also worst if you are prepaid customer then your whole money will get wasted and they will tell only one thing that there is new tower construction in your area it doesn't matter how much time had passes they will say the same things everytime.

    @ViCustomerCare I barely get network here. But whenever I get it's full bars of network and yet Internet speed is not above 50-60 KBPS. If you're impotent and incapable of providing services, why not shut down rather than f*cking with consumers?

    @ViCustomerCare I am using Vodafone since 2012. Stop cheating your customer. Today you have lost 3 loyal customers. If you keep cheating people by activating unknown service and charging them without customers knowledge. You'll loose more and more. #HappyToHelp others to switch from vi to othr

    @ViCustomerCare These VI people are not going to restore the service in our valley. In that case we all only need to do something. They are just squeezing the money in the name of service.

    @ViCustomerCare with reference to case ID - DEL-V00436665626 can you arrange to send your filed engineer to visit to my house to permanently fix the frequent disconnection issue that I am facing from last 20 Days.... I had already shared location details via DM. @AdityaBirlaGrp

    @Aswink44483204 @ViCustomerCare I have to accept that I’m lucky because very rarely does any Telecom company in my area has outages and stuffs like that but I had to struggle till March 2020 to get this experience on each and every Network.

    @ViCustomerCare please help with the internet connectivity issue. It is working fine in phone, but failing to connect over hotspot. Neither hotspot nor tethering.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare Can You actually resolve complaints? I had already reached you out Via phone calls which totally is such a bad experience for me. I've been trying to get my issue resolved since last year and It's still same as day one when the issue occured.
