    @ViCustomerCare Issue not yet resolved. Have been waiting from 25.03.21. Balance deducted inspite of active vi tunes pack for a year. No resolution yet.

    @ViCustomerCare such slow service. Took Airtel 5 minutes to do the job you're taking 2 hours to do. Such inconvenience to customers. And to top up that your store air conditioner doesn't work and there is only one fan.

    @ViCustomerCare I ported 9899961907 to Vi The retailer told me that you will get 1.5 GB of data and calls for 2 months for free, but now he is saying that it is recharged by the company. We cannot do anything. Please help me out
