@ViCustomerCare WORST SERVICE BY Vi. Bought no. 7528075000 (PAID NO.) on 15 Nov. Sim still not fetching any network. Asking me to choose higher plan than in which was punched initially. Just Harassment. Such poor service forced me to proceed LEGALLY. My advocate has sent legal notice. AVOID Vi.

Vodafone @ViCustomerCare, @rmstakkar will offer 'free Netflix, Disney+Hotstar' and what not. But, in my case, I failed to get their proper network signal for more than 4 years before I opted out!

@ViCustomerCare seems recharge prices are hiked but services became very pathetic, no customer service available and no network coverage . @airtelindia charge little more but network is too good @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Is blocking port out message that needs to be sent to get the porting code but all other sms are working fine and getting delivered. How can you stoop down to such a level @ViCustomerCare @TRAI please look into it VI is not allowing customers to send port out SMS
