@ViCustomerCare No need to bother dear, you can't do anything, the problem is in your database since last 9 years, continuous problem, never resolved, if not being reported from last one yr does not mean that it is resolved. It means " Bhains ke aage been bajana " aur " Kaan pe joo na rengna"

The complaint number C004-141489043457 was registered since internet was not working for corporate number 7391042440. TT was resolved without verifying at this side. This is an example of extremely poor quality of service. The issue remains. @ViCustomerCare

30 years ago, Vodafone sent out the first SMS wishing Merry Christmas. 30 years later, @ViCustomerCare has blocked all incoming & outgoing SMSes on my phone since Christmas day. No resolution despite multiple complaints - leaving me digitally short changed. Shambolic services!

The genius of @ViCustomerCare . I raised a complaint for network issues, that people can't reach me when they try to call. If I call someone, they cant hear my voice. Vodafone closed the ticket saying "we tried to reach you but couldn't". Ticket closed. #Vodafone #vodafoneidea
