    I have raise bunch of complaints from #vi app but, there are not any improvements not even 0.01% my phone running on 4G VoLTE but data speed is just 90 to 100 kbps Every time after my complaints they just call and tell we improved network but, they do nothing @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare we are using idea service since decade... Facing issues in calling and data speed. Getting very very slow data speed. I was going stop ur postpaid service but someone suggested to convert in prepaid. I did. Switched data from airtel to idea. Can u help me plz?

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone is worst network available in India, Vodafone should not be allowed to continue its operations in India, it needs to be shutdown, what a pathetic and poor internet speed
