@pib_comm why don't goverment take an action by panalty on call drop or slow internet speed prividing by the telecome company @ViCustomerCare.Even they are collecting higher charges on IVR calling on any customer care but the network quality they are decreasing day by day. Shame

@CardozoDiago @ViCustomerCare Same things is happening to all. Daily receiving the call from recovery agents and second sim was disconet of outgoing calls and internet. Only incoming calls are there. But we have to pay for incomings calls. This Vodafoneidea Customer Says.
