    The update is no call received from @VodafoneIN of an escalated case, in the entire day. When in the morning I was informed that I will get a call in 2 hrs. Cool ! Guys, who r really happy with their customer service & unnecessary billing- give them a thumbs up ! 😁

    @VodafoneIN very sorry to say.. I felt worst experience from that day i convert my prepaid no to postpaid. Net speed is worst. I took 499 plan but you people are just cheated me from 1 st of may. Now i decided to switch to other tele company. Worst worst

    @VodafoneIN I didn’t receive any response from you for one month. When I needed the help the most. The issue doesn’t persist yet, but my hard earned money (in thousands) and very precious hours of the day got wasted on you.And am sure the issue still persists with the masses(your customers)
