@VodafoneIN this is very strange to know that customer feedback is no value for Vodafone. I am complaining since 2016 that, in Karol bagh opp. khalsa college, vodafone network speed is less than 2g speed. FKI Ridge Road "No network zone" still persist. Lol Ookla rating.

@VodafoneIN . My father is using vodafone network . Where as I use Airtel. Voda serves the worst network in our area while airtel plays without interruption. I m nt sure whether my father will use vodafone for a long tym. Pls ensure his netwrok problem could be resolved soon.

@VodafoneIN @Idea @VodaIdea_NEWS sold international roaming plan through their telecaller @ Rs.299/- and then billed at Rs.2999/-and charged even the only call that was received while traveling to Thailand. When I ask them about call recording .. they never have an answer @TRAI

Despite no documentary evidence had to pay as my portability would have been on hold. Got complaint number with difficulty.

@ViCustomerCare No, thank you, Myra. You guys are too smart - you could see all the charges but your customer care couldn't see the recharge for Rs. 330 that was done for my mother's phone. And trust me, it isn't about Rs. 330 - this is about what a crook Vodafone is.

That pro rated charges might be pending. It happens with most postpaid as one doesn't switch on the date of bill generated.
