    Hi @VodafoneIN I am using 4 no.s and want to change the plan to a new RED family plan. Your customer care says that its not possible to do so over telephone. Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder you guys are losing customers by the day !

    Worst ever customer service anyone can have. I wanted to port out they begged so much so I chose otherwise. But after accepting their offer I decided to stay with them, but they reversed their own offer when they got assurance that I won't quit. shame on you @VodafoneIN @Twitter

    @airtelnews @reliancejio @VodafoneIN open challenge to all India's great telecom service provider, please do something for their customers, Sadatpur Extension, North East Delhi - 94. Network is very poor in this area.

    Worst telecom operator @VodafoneIN. Porting to @reliancejio for better 4g coverage and network speeds. I recharged my @VodafoneIN number with Rs. 1699 for one year and since then their 4G has been worst ever, not at all usable, they just want your money.
