    So,during the lockdown, the customer care executive said the system is upgrading and we cnt help you on ur bills & can't give you the clarirty. Moreover, the @VodafoneIN hs barred my incoming - outgoing calls & SMS. @TRAI #falsebilling #notransparency #humiliation @journoprasoon
