I would request @ViCustomerCare to stop solving the matter as solving it after 3 days would not let any benfits to me. I am returning back to Ind on 27th. I would request them to pay back the amount as spending 2695 is of no use and also ask them to never make any false plans.

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare so apparently Vodafone is deducting balance in the name of VAS even when customer doesn't request for the services. Their customer service representative informed me that this is a known issue. They do not refund customers unless a customer calls and cancels

It's this due to issue of indus tower and @ViCustomerCare , Which is causing tower problem of VI and will close VI as telecom operator
