    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare worst experience anyone can ever with ur service.1st u charge the customer with auto renewal then block there sim so that they can't send"STOP" to stop the service. Then u don't even respond back.Plz resolve this so that I cn port my Sim to other network

    @ViCustomerCare you guys have been one of the worst in the business. I complained about increase in promo calls on my no. Instead of solving it thru system intervention u asked me to talk to each such caller and then send the call details to you. I am receiving 50 calls daily.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea is not even registering the complaint. Where will internet go, Vodafone Idea is a very poor operator, Jio's network is better than this.

    @VodafoneGroup I regret to inform you that as per the process, we cannot attach the service validity of the recharge of Rs.459/- in the recharge of Rs.1799/-. However, we have already credited the data benefit of 6 GB to your number. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI look into inc validity

    Just realised my mistake. I was calling the wrong number. Being part of @ViBusinessIndia (Enterprise Solutions) I was supposed to call on your dedicated line for Enterprises. My issue was resolved immediately, after I connected on the correct number. @ViCustomerCare

    @Gaurav1412 @through_theGAP @ViCustomerCare I agree 100 % they will & they will close the complaints without any solutions . After this merger network connectivity becomes very worst. Before merging I got good coverage but now no coverage & connectivity. Very poor indoor coverage. No vowifi, volte, esim just 2g network

    @ViCustomerCare Harassment emails from recovery team continued and I received multiple demand notice. I don't think anyone is interested to resolve this case. Do let me know if I need to raise a consumer complaint or approach any legal entity to get it resolved.
