    @ViCustomerCare Complaint reference number VRHCPJN9JP is registered. This is the 6th complaint I have raised in one month regarding not able to make calls. The issue is intermittent. I dont want to continue the service of this connection.

    @ViCustomerCare hi, I recharged my no with 399 pack for 56 days right now, with my calculations my 56 days end on 9th august but as I received ur message its going to end on 11th July, my other packs also end so early. I dnt have time to complaint that doesn’t mean this was (1/2)

    I had visited Dhanori Vi Centre for e sim service on the 25th July,from that date till today my mobile has been active for only 5 days, not sure what Vi staff are up-to they activate the number and then again deactivate the number, no proper process followed..1/1 @ViCustomerCare
