    @ViCustomerCare I could take their call, they disconnect it and then send me mail that they could not connect me and that my grievance has been resolved. I will send you a copy of the complaint also which I have made earlier but no action has been taken on it except unnecessarily harassing me.

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer service not able to resolve network issue from last 10 months & service request is open. Even the engineer visited agreed there are no network of VI in the area (Delhi) but no solution. Can you resolve service request 3-99138912680 and 3-92427373733

    @ViCustomerCare I have a Vi number (92116*****) from which we can neither send nor receive messages nor even calls. After visiting your Vi Store, We are asked to mail to the customer care helpline. Is it such a big problem that it will take so many days ?
