    @VodafoneIN very poor voice quality in Delhi Chattarpur. Facing since last few months. While calling call drop is very usual. During call one side conversation if often mute. Please resolve it or I shall have to find some other operator. @TRAI please intervene to ensure QOS.

    @VodafoneIN inspite of several request if change in plan and also tried from the app. Nothing is happening . If changes are not made within 24 hrs I would shift to JIO network

    @VodafoneIN @rsprasad Vodafone are charging false SMS charges in the form of international. When i talked their Customers care executives they said we can not help you . They charged 1300 rs of international SMS

    @VodafoneIN Now vodafone serivce is going to BAD day by day.there staff laying to customer.they charge for caller tune but still 9days completed there is no caller tune in our number. Even raise request for name caller tune "Vida travel solutions" but still pending +919911812461

    @VodafoneIN No solution to my problem of changing from Post Paid to Prepaid for Senior Citizens. My wife's mobile number is 8860199801. If u change Prepaid to postpaid on line why not reverse.

    @VodafoneIN My wife Karin holding your number 8860199801 wants to switch from Post Paid to Pre Paid. Being a Senior Citizen can't stand in line outside your Service Centre the nearest being in Sector 50 Noida. Can it be done online? Alternatively give fixed time to be there.

    @VodafoneIN Visiting any Store is the problem. Appears you have not understood my tweet. Subsequently even contacted Customer Care at 199 was of no Help. Asked to visit Vi website. Did that also but at no place could lodge my problem and find solution. What shall one Senior Citizen do?

    @ViCustomerCare I hv initiated international roaming for 1 month specifically on 8th Nov 2022. However to my surprise I hv been charged even till this month and response from support that these are auto renewed services and it's your responsibility to deactivate. Better to Port
