@VodafoneIN The network has gone from bad to worse in the past couple of days. The handset says “No service” and whenever there is a network available, only one bar displays which doesn’t let calls go through, SMS delivery fails and if at all calls go through, they drop instantly

@TRAI Vi customer care told that SMS for port allow only after the recharge of minimum value Rs. 128.00, for 1 sms Rs. 128 !!! This is not fair. Kindly take action for for such type of arbitrariness by Vi on customers. Then VI must close their recharge below 128 ! @ViCustomerCare
