    @VodafoneIN wanted to port back to Vodafone from BSNL. Checked ur Vodafone app and tried porting procedure. But it looks like to you guys postpaid customers are more important than prepaid coz the app only gives personalised service if porting done to postpaid n not prepaid.

    @ViCustomerCare such frauds and hooligans have been hired in Vodafone, even after paying the bill I have been getting threats emails and call from VI, reported the same to @TRAI, thankfully I have ported to Other network. Vodafone services are pathetic, I really am so frustrated.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vodafone number is not working even after recharge it is not active. Shared all details on DM but still no resolution. Time to switch to JIO or Airtel it seems.
