  @ViCustomerCare How bad your network can be? Rare signals,No OTP getting received, No outgoing calls connecting. Even when I want to port out of your network, even for that OTP is not coming. Help me get OTP on my number, I'll port to something else. @TRAI @DoT_India

  @ViCustomerCare My mobile number is showing inactive and I’m unable to reach customer care via phone as there is no response. Please look into this issue urgently and help resolve it. The number is linked with my Aadhaar and biometric verification. Kindly assist at the earliest.

  @ViCustomerCare I have two sims and my sister and mother also a vi user,total 4 full time user i have in my home. I have been calling since morning yet no respone to my problem. We are getting one bar on network and the data stopped working.

  @ViCustomerCare just now there was call frm ur side, even though there was network service issue so I can't communicate with representative. Plz see d location in complaint lodged on app. SKNH hospital Narhe411041. Othr service provider hv network & not for Vi.

  @ViCustomerCare I am paying for a 2GB daily data plan, but I am unable to use even 10MB a day because the network is practically non-existent. My phone has become useless—people cannot reach me, and when a call somehow connects, the voice breaks constantly, making communication impossible.
