    @ViCustomerCare 1/2 though appreciate tht u r nt givng sim replacement w/o customer prsnt, but its really pathetic to see that, your represntives insisting on physical presence of an 80yr subscriber who's even unable to walk to issue a new sim card is insane and inhuman.
