    Hey @ViCustomerCare. Now I am receiving “Advocate Notice” for ₹191 when I have an overall credit of nearly ₹800 over & above what I owe you thanks to your billing issues. Is this a joke? I think moving my numbers to a family plan was the singlemost biggest mistake I have done!

    @ViCustomerCare hey VI, absolutely bad network coverage at Agarwal/Kaul Heritage City, Vasai West. Barely able to use 4G service, even voice calls barely connect

I am just happy I got saved of a pathetic customer service company, if you want to know the issue please call your sim delivery executive at 9579892800. If he doesnt provide the correct info please let me know I will send the call recording for ref.

    @ViCustomerCare worst service provider of India.. I urge everyone not to recharge their number with this service provider. They just cheated me..customer care representative just lie to customer on behalf of getting them recharge their Vodafone number.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN why do you have service of ordering SIM online with no of customers choice, when you can't keep up your Promise, ordered two days back and got call from multiple VI executive forcing to buy no of their choice and not the one I selected, Pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare One of the easiest way of losing customers is to keep irritating them by sending flash messages every 5 minutes. Pretty annoying I'd say. Wonder if people at your customer care actually CARE!

    @ViCustomerCare Great network speed but as i consume daily 4 gb of data after that the collected data speed become low very low
