Minimum prepaid recharge value for VI users for getting sms service is Rs. 199, how they harras their customers by increasing multiple times of recharge value day after day. It's not too far that they will lose their most of customers base. No fair competition. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Issues faced today with VI - 1) Authorized Vi store in Raj. overcharged me for getting duplicate sim as I lost my Sim. 2) Vi customer care no. 199 is not applicable for All India states. 3)Vi Tamil Nadu Cust care no. Is not operational.

@airtelindia @ViCustomerCare why you are launching 5g in India???? If there are costlier packs for 4g in your network. Too much expensive pack in your network presently.

@ViCustomerCare You can close this down. Got it resolved. Just one thing.. try to stand out by providing exceptions or additional services to senior citizens so that they don’t have to go to the store for as small as sim replacement. Brand loyalty is the only reason my grandma still wants Vi

If seen in Vodafone Idea, 4G speed is the worst and the network coverage is also the worst. Inside the house as well as outside the house in my area. @ViCustomerCare My battery drains a lot due to poor network coverage.
