    @ViCustomerCare .. From last 4 days we are facing problem of your network.... Now we are using 2g at our 4g sim........ We cannot use to net.. And without We are fuse bulb and helpless for do any work... All work depend in net.. Please look in this matter

    @ViCustomerCare : Guys this is in reference to the Amazon prime membership which has been auto activated from your end.I have ported out to other subscriber a month ago and now I am getting notification from Amazon that Vi India has auto activated prime membership.Plz cancel it.
