    @ViCustomerCare internet is not working since morning & app won't let me register a complaint because the only issue apparently is that I'm connected to wifi but if I disconnect from wifi your app is not connected to the internet so HOW EXACTLY am I supposed to raise a complaint?

    Now without even informing me, my outgoing services have been blocked saying address verification pending. I visited several VI stores and they don't have any solution to this issue and I've been waiting since more than a week with barred outgoing call services. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare third class service and may be the reason of loosing the client base. I applied a corporate connection with nirmanvihar branch but after 8 days still I am waiting for the activation. Mr subhankar 9811918747 is the manager who is not even taking my call. anyone
