    @ViCustomerCare you have not kept your word...you promised certain benifits with 399₹ recharge and when i recharged i was not given what customer care executive promised me earlier on the call...if you cant kept your word..do not expect your customer to keep connected with you..

    @ViCustomerCare I have problem on 2 numbers. 7030714902 and 9720574734. Both have pathetic 4g service. I would like to port to some other network if you are unable to resolve issue.

    @ViCustomerCare ordered an online Vi Sim on 6th April. It’s almost one day gone, still I am waiting for my sim to delivered. This kind of service provided by Vi for Online sim delivery....Worst service I have seen by Vi. Never recommended Vi....!!
