    @VodafoneIN me and my company with 30 users facing problem of call drops and network issues i cant even talk for a minute and i think we should switch to other network as early. Or else @VodafoneIN @Idea should take some serious action against this problem

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India vi is the bloody cheater, looters, my plan exire of 12th August and they have have stopped my services. Why i dont understand. They are not responding if call to CC they were asked stupid questions which is irritating. Resume my service asap.

    @ViCustomerCare Have some basic courtesy and sense of shame. You are unable to resolve the complaint since April and Appeal is paid no heed, but you want Bill Payment. Isn't it fraudulent action on your part? @DoT_India Is it a matter of Joke?

    @ShubhamPadalk20 @BandBajaateRaho @ViCustomerCare I was loyal customer since 2005 (Idea). After they took over Vodafone, their services declined drastically. I waited for 2-3 years to see improvement in their services. And now finally (w.e.f June 21) I switched to another network. In my opinion you should switch immediately.
