    @VodafoneIN me and my company with 30 users facing problem of call drops and network issues i cant even talk for a minute and i think we should switch to other network as early. Or else @VodafoneIN @Idea should take some serious action against this problem

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your pathetic VoLTE call quality continues to bother me. When I switch off the VoLTE , call quality is OK. But VoLTE calls are broken and muffled. Problem occurs usually in the evening (7 PM to 10 PM)

    @ViCustomerCare making us fool. Customer care don't answer. I can't use my internet expect Whatsapp & can't open ******* any websites. If you can't give binge all night atleast remove it and give us according to our plan Switching from Vi, waste of money.

    How can you stop me from changing my network @ViCustomerCare ? How can you think of duping your customers who’ve been with you for so many years? It’s shocking to see your approach by lying to your customers and preventing them from porting.
