@VodafoneIN me and my company with 30 users facing problem of call drops and network issues i cant even talk for a minute and i think we should switch to other network as early. Or else @VodafoneIN @Idea should take some serious action against this problem

@ViCustomerCare Don't put fake tweets of people loving your service. We have Idea since 2001 and for last 3 days no connectivity. Only thing u ask for alternate phone numbers and don't even care to call. Stupid chat bot, basic executive giving a prefed chat. Shame

Waiting to solve my complaint. @ViCustomerCare ask to update vi app every few days but does not provide network to do that. Very very disappointed towards service.Everytime i complain for same issue everytime get new complain number so that they can saw previous complain resolved

Last few months i face issue from Vodafone Idea network i complaint many time but not solved. support excutive say turn off the phone and re-start and you get network waw .this cool .. I think @ViVodaidea not done your work. Bad/ worst service @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare
