    @VodafoneIN me and my company with 30 users facing problem of call drops and network issues i cant even talk for a minute and i think we should switch to other network as early. Or else @VodafoneIN @Idea should take some serious action against this problem

    @ViCustomerCare I have a idea sim card.From the past 2 days the internet on the sim gets exhausted by 2:00 am.Your company doesn't answer to any of the calls placed by us.I highly regret buying a sim card from vi.Please look into this matter.Very dissatisfied by your service.

    @ViCustomerCare my mobile no. 9222089789 & 9220121271 has been experiencing a weird problem and Vi is not helping in any manner. I've put in a request to port @reliancejio or @airtelindia. Inside my home range is full but voice can't be heard both ways. So weird. All of a sudden

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor service from VI won't ever recharge again. No VoLTE in my area, it takes 10 minutes to download 10 20 Kb files. From last 1 month the network is showing Roaming sign which it shouldn't. Everytime when i open any app it doesn't work thanks to your network.😡😡😡

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Bunch of cheaters. They still charge on Caller Tunes . They activate VAS from back-end and charging customers. Inspite of Social Media team was contacted on time and inspite of their written assurance , i face the issue. They are of no use.

    @ViCustomerCare The VI app is an absolute horror show. There is no "Manage payment accounts" in "My account" tab. Because of this primitive error, I can't remove by debit card info that was saved while I was doing a recharge. Respond and Fix it ASAP!!!

    @ViCustomerCare i went vi store model town delhi nd my phone was stolen i need to deactivate old sim & want a new sim but a executive named sheetal told me that your document is not proper so we can't issue a prepaid sim to u nd u hve to buy postpaid plan for sme nmber

    @ViCustomerCare for the past 6 months I'm not able to make or recieve any call. Customer care register the complaint and send a message that it has been resolved, still not able to make or receive any call. And you claim you're the best network!
