    @ViCustomerCare Your protocol is so strict than other diplomatic offices, I came to Vi store at madurai,kalavasal at 16:45hrs from 15kms, unfortunately the store has denied and thrown me out ...woow Vi. Thats so called "customer care".

    @ViCustomerCare I had ported a sim from airtel to idea and after few.days I got my sim damaged accidentally . So I went to get the sim changed but due to some technical fault or whatever problem maybe I can not get the sim back it says your photo does not match with the photo

    @ViCustomerCare For almst a year Vi is deducting bal fr rndom servic even aftr blcklisting aftr every such evnt. Assured that for 6 mnths this won't happen frm ur cstmer care. Last deduction again over a week back. Customer care refusing refnd claiming a 24hr plcy. Can u help?

    @ViCustomerCare Was that resolution? For resolution you should know the issue first. But yeah.. you can call it as resolution like your DND complaint resolutions, where you close it at your convenience and actually it does not have anything done. I am still waiting for the answers of those.
