@ViCustomerCare I am not wishing you. I am asking to improve your service. My area doesn't have even 3G. 4G will give tough competition to Airtel and Jio here. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

@ViCustomerCare There is an irregular and careless response from all over the team I’ve contacted who always forwards/skips the complaint from their hands to other team across VI. The loop repeats again and again. Now I'm not allowed to switch to other network within 90 days.
