    @ViCustomerCare Best customer service and Best 4G service.Thanks for providing 2G in 4G price.we middle class people are paying 699 rupees for 2G network in 4G price.I have been complaining from 2 months but my problem never solved.This made me choose other network provider .Thnx

    @ViCustomerCare vi shows in its ads that its network is the fastest but in reality it sucks , since 15 June i am not able to receive 4G network in my phone and the 3G network which i am getting is working like 2G and this is not the first time i am facing problems like this

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI, I took a duplicate SIM for my no 7488051759 in April. Till date no network. On top of that, you keep sending bills for dead network. Numerous visits to ur outlet in Ranchi & mails remained futile. Pathetic service. Kindly, suspend the no permanently.
