    @ViCustomerCare I made a huge mistake by switching to vi. I have been complaining since March 2021 when I started using vi but till date no improvement in network. And from the last 5 days vi internet is not workingUnable to use internet plus network is fluctuating too much.

    @ViCustomerCare Just to add as I was continuously been told by vi customer service team that there is no issue at there end. I changed my mobile phone and and bought a new i phone 📱. As I was not getting internet connection

    @ViCustomerCare Applied ystrday evn to port from vi to other srv. provider. Since then got 7 calls from Vi even aftr telling many times not to call n complaining to cust. care. U guys r unprofessional, mannerless n uncivilised who shud be kicked out of service industry.

    @ViCustomerCare Romaan thank you for your kind revert but I'm afraid youbwant be able to improve the connectivity issues which Vodafone Idea suffers from. But please do take this as feedback that vodafone connectivity needs to improve. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare What is the minimum balance needed for outgoing SMS service to be enabled? My outgoing sms service is blocked even though I have a data plan and 50 balance. Also no IVR option allows you to post a complaint and speak with a customer exec. @TRAI
