    @ViCustomerCare My sim card is getting no service since the last 3 hours. I've tried everything from reboot to cleaning the sim and putting it back again. The network comes back for a minute and goes back to no service. Frustrated by this and need assistance.

    @ViCustomerCare So, the inhuman customer service team has done it again. We are finishing our trip tonight, and we did it without @ViCustomerCare support, without Vodafone India network and without able use our money we spent on recharge. Spent even extra for those SIM cards they asked us to buy

    @JioCare If there is a network issu in the area then why providing the sim card and your personal assistant is tell this without any problem on chat. Just let me know it's it will be same then will move to other services provided @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hi @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare When can I expect the resolution of the issue? As I mentioned in the DM, please provide resolution before payment due date so I can pay the dues in time and I don’t have to follow up again because of late payment charge.
