Dear all friends and colleagues, I am frustrated with @ViCustomerCare . Because it's internet speed is very poor and I was already raised a complaint at customer care but I haven't received any resolution. So don't go for #VodafoneIdia . This is my last recharge in #VI 😡

@ViCustomerCare Vi app is not open at this poor network which is provided by the Vi. So forget about other applications that it opens on this worst network condition. We are the customers who only loose our money for this company service but they don't do anything for their cust

@sanjeevsanyal I’ll provide with you with another fraud from @ViCustomerCare I was a Postpaid customer, I migrated to Prepaid and my Incoming calls were barred, whenever someone used to call the operator used to say “All the services to this number are temporarily suspended.”

@ViCustomerCare Have been using your postpaid services,Experience was quite Good! But when I shifted from this place it turnes out to be nightmare! Even struggling to call! With 2G Network everytime! You told I'll experience premium service,Why should I pay Rs.500 bill for what?

@ViCustomerCare i am facing this issue since 9th September. 2 working days are already wasted...i can't waste more of my leaves..why on earth will @VodafoneGroup need to block my access to my office IPs? Is this the way to celebrate #TheVIDay? Why promote plans for working professionals then?
