@ViCustomerCare I recharged my phone last Saturday and the data has not been working since. I tried getting in touch with you customer service. Gave me BS timelines and solutions. Wasted hours with your poorly trained customer service people who hang up when they can’t solve an issue I am sure

@ViCustomerCare with all yours inspire of n despite of if u r unable to replace a sim, given the concerned person should be present in person for that, is very disgraceful n absurd. U need to understand why a person comes to ur dek for help. Amend the rigidity in name of law
