    @mrj_md @care_DIR @VodafoneIN Literally they are incapable, till now no one has bother to respond. Vodafone store is asking 3000rs penalty to change the plan, they dont have anything to do with my complaint.. I am only left with option to Break the sim take other networks number and enjoy.

    @VodafoneIN I am a loyal customer of your organisation since 3 years but now this April bill has shocked me to the core. I never changed my existing plan and did not use any VAS. So unethical, unprofessional, shameless employees. Would never ever recommend to anyone.

    @VodafoneIN Its been more than a month now that my facing internet issue. Do respond immediately as i wanted to change plan as am not able to use it properly and wasting my money on your services. Note: I will not bound paying 3K, as services are not satisfied from your end.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India VI’s own roaming SMS alerts showed max 600MB usage, but the final bill reflects 2GB and excess charges. I was told a waiver would be given, then calls went unanswered, stores refused help, and the issue remains unresolved. Please act urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare My son purchased a postpaid sim on 30th March. But outgoing is still not started. Upon calling on Customer care they are saying that sim is purchased by a student. What is this ******* bullshit? Can you tell why shouldn't I file a case of fraud against you?
