    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare I talking abt a diff num I hv DM.U r utterly confused. Please read msg carefully. I have 2 Voda num. Num you talkin isn't deliberately recharged as what's the use when there's no service, other no is active but I cant call bank inspite of having active plans.1/2

    @ViCustomerCare I have been reporting issues with my phone for many months, no action has been taken. Data speeds are very in our colony in HYD, a whatsApp message takes 2 min to get sent . Plz fix this sending connection info in DM

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Selected VI as a service provider with a belief that VI has strong network in India. But to be very frank Vodafone is providing a pathetic service. Network is getting worst day by day. Being a professional it's not easy to change the mobile number.
