@ViCustomerCare On asking to transfer the call to the manager the customer care associates put the call on long holds which never connect to the managers. How to escalate the issue and get it resolved. Screwed up service😡

@ViCustomerCare Just to get it out there, the Customer Service I have always received from 3 Mobile, then Vodafone and now Vi is leaps and bounds above @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence . They always get back to me on very short notice and on call. Also they are the most economical.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Vi, by when can I expect a resolution to the error caused by a call center agent. I had called for something else and he discontinued a service I had on for last 6-7 years. I was with Vodafone only because of its Customer care now that has also dropped @manojfastfwd
