    @ViCustomerCare The vi app is as slow as snail. It consumes lot of time to refresh and data balance properly not shown. Not a nice app.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw Vodafone idea wants to clear debt that's why charging anonymously anything to customer's. Need refund of the same at the earliest if not i will sue a case against vodafone idea under section 420 for fraudulent transcation.

    @ViCustomerCare worst customer service Provider, When I tried to port, they offer me a plan of 3 gb per day now they give me, only 1 gb before validity, And Yours customer care executive knowledge is zero, I have all the proove, will file a case in Consumer Court Soon

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Vodafone out going massage services is only plan of rs. 128 otherwise we not sending any massage.. What is this? @TRAI vi is cheating with customers and and giving too much of amout, and also network services is so bad.

    @ViCustomerCare Almost 10 days gone but problem still persist even not receive any call to confirm or discuss problem. Am clearly mentioned it's huge network issue in area. Maybe remain connection when port different provider then you align anyone for resolution otherwise port last option.
