    Hi @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining about my network issue for last 2 years. I am using postpaid card and I am not getting basic facility of network. Dropping of call 10-12 times a day have become common.I have not used your internet for past 3-4 months.

    @ViCustomerCare your network problem is very bad you are not improve your service all time data problem no speed all time buffering and call dropped problem my recharge is waste

    @ViCustomerCare why are you calling me daily for recharge of rs179 😡 I have already recharge of 299 afterall why are you calling me from different number. you should have to confirm yourself before calling any customer who have recharge or not. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Your social media team and corp care, both are telling the different issue. All the payment are posted, all sims are deactivated then why the bill generating and why pending amount showing??
