    Great just for fill the column got a informative call with no solution, just wasting my time around 22min. Pathetic @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia Again and again I need to explain the issue and after that what I got a fake promise for solution but no solution. NO SOLUTION YET.

    @ViCustomerCare From 7 months same reply. @TRAI @DoT_India need details of all DND closure remarks from #vi. Either in IVRS, app, sms we can't find remarks why and how ticket is closed. #vi takes time bt never updates reason, actions, remarks on ticket status and closure.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare it's been 9 days and I have not got my refund. Your executive are giving only false commitments and I am fed up with your customer support. it's time switch to some other service providers. hey @airtelindia Please let me know the process to switch my 5 Vi numbers.
