    @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again

    I don't understand why this number of mine with Vi keeps getting suspended. If they can't fix the issue, they should just release the number so I can get it from another provider; the number is very important to me.@ViCustomerCare @vicu

    Why is the VI network so down? I have recharged 399 rupees pack - For my mom I have recharged a 3 month pack, my brother also is using an active pack, but why there's no internet? Is that a scam? Why are you people doing this? I already have a DM. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India
