    @ViCustomerCare I asked for revised bill after reversal of Amazon prime value added services which I deactivated and not using it. I raised the request 2 days ago so that I can pay my bill today with revised amount. 4 customer care chat say it will reflect in next bill.

    @ViCustomerCare I have submitted request for a number port. I got a call from +91 20-71308104 and he asked to send cancel to 1900 to complete the porting. I was reluctant as may cancel it but hi insisted. Is this the way to retain going customer by fooling. I have recording

    Not experienced a more incompetent customer relations team than Vodafone. Have been trying to get email id updated. been 10 days since The same. Have submitted the documents several times but they only have 1 answer, that the query will be resolved soon @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Vi indoor 4G network is not stable . It's continuously switching to 2G and sometimes no signal in my location.
