@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India I have IR issue in progress. Vi representative named Vijaya called on the alternative number provided and when we questioned her about the problem, she cut the call. First lie and then cut the call. Amazing service! Issue is pending since month.

@casarmans @ViCustomerCare That is the exact reason why I stayed with them despite them not doing anything to rectify the bad internet scenarios, but financial losses due to poor internet connectivity is not something I can afford on a regular basis

I have had enough of #VodafoneIdea Lost 650 bucks just because I didn't get Internet on their stupid network. This has been their problem for a while, but I thought of continuing, I should have changed earlier, but first thing tomorrow I am getting rid of you @ViCustomerCare
