    @ViCustomerCare Recently I have ordered a new sim which was about to deliver door step but they denied to do so. And when I contacted to customer care they said to wait till tommorow and same answer I got for 3 days continuously at last I cancelled the order. #vi

    @ViCustomerCare The order has been cancelled last week without informing me and I thought it's good as the beginning is so awful and I wondered how it would be in future, however I haven't received the refund yet,i placed the order on 22nd August and today is the 1st of September, kindly refund

    @ViCustomerCare instead of paying huge money for promotion, try to fix your services and plan, then you don’t need big celebrities , I remember the days when #Hutch was using only a Cute Dog to promote. “Wherever you go, our network follows” but you ruined Hutch

    @ViCustomerCare Hey @vicustomercare can you just look at pin code 508218 there is no indoor coverage, The main drawback was Vi indoor coverage please quickly fix it otherwise we switch to Jio.

    There is no damn network in Village- pimpri jalsen, taluka-Parner, District - Ahikyanagar (Ahmednagar), Kaise @ViCustomerCare badal raha hai No damn network at all. Please do the needful at earliest within a month.
