  @ViCustomerCare I submitted a port-out request days ago to move my Vi postpaid number to Airtel postpaid. Airtel SIM has already been delivered, yet Vi hasn’t deactivated my connection, leaving me unable to use the new SIM. Customer support has been of absolutely no help.

  @ViCustomerCare now I understand why you are loosing your customers. For a Postpaid customer you start calling daily 5 times before due date. Creating unnecessary nuisance. Finally customer no choice but to left your base.

  @ViCustomerCare 72 hours passed and 4-5 customer calls later, only template lines received with zero commitments kept. Order ID: DCHD26082610651 is unacceptable. Cancel my order and process a full refund of ₹365 immediately. Registering a formal NCH complaint next.

  @ViCustomerCare FINAL WARNING:This level of service is absolutely unacceptable! My internet has been painfully slow for over a month despite repeated complaints.For the past week,even calling has been a problem. I complained again 5 days ago and was promised a fix within 4 days.
