    @ViCustomerCare Even after multiple calls the connectivity issues have not been solved for my mobile number. There is always signal & internet connectivity issue. I have faced many problems where I am stuck on the road with no network. Resolve asap immediately.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare. Can you explain me the concept of validity of x days to keep your network active, otherwise it gets disabled. If I recharge for only talktime and no validity(if validity is expired), then what's the point? Why charge for validity?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I have prepaid no ..network shown but unable to call, Sms while calling customer care ivr require 6 digit pin no which I don't know. I have tried to activatoption available on net like sms on 55199 and others. Please help me I am trying Since last 5-6 hrs.
