    I dont know how many times i switch on and off the airplane mode to get the internet speed in my vi network very pathetic network and internet speed. @ViCustomerCare If you guyz doesnt improve your network speed then i will surely port into @reliancejio or @airtelindia asap

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare I chased U to change my billing cycle ENTIRE SEP 21 to earlier date compared to my usual cycle of 25th with my updated residential address. Neither cycle was changed nor current bill shows updated address. Shameless and disgusting UR service is!

    @ViCustomerCare a great way to loot the cust. Was not able to send SMS even though have a validity pack of 79 active and balance in main account, when called customer care was told minimum recharge to send a SMS is 128rs.People switching from VI coz of this loot @DoT_India @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare worst and irritating service by VI Calling sound quality is not clear and data speed is very slow. My VI number is 9939884855 please solve the issue otherwise I will port my number.
