But in app this term and condition not mentioned. This is happening with so much customer because 5G network still not available most of the part of country. So basically VI cheating with customer with wrong advertisement and looted customers.@TRAI @vodafone @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Recharged with supposedly unlimited data plan for 698, now getting 100% data exhausted flash messages for using 1GB a day, your customer care helpline doesn't have any option to connect to a human, it's an endless loop of different options.

@ViCustomerCare I am not getting a resolution on this issue. My refund amount is stuck. I got a confirmation on call from customer care that your recharge for number ending with 5797 has failed and refund will be processed within 3-7 day now it’s been more than 5 days I have not received amount

@ViCustomerCare They always raise complaints as it is something unnecessary satisfying customer to wait and after that customer forget and do nothing on the complaint i have to raise complaint to consumer protection for not getting proper service for what i paid for. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Hi @ViCustomerCare, I recharged on 6th September with the ₹859 plan which advertised Unlimited 5G But after using the daily 2GB limit, my internet stops instead of continuing at reduced speed 64 kbps.truly unlimited 5G, why restricted after 2GB even though I have good 5G signal?

Hey @ViCustomerCare 3 days back I raised a complaint and you guys were helpful too, I saw the internet speed was a bit stronger for a day and now it's again back to very slow. This is the last time I am raising this, if after this the issue is not resolved then I have to port.
