    Please note that when cslled up customer care executive Mr.Vishu,I was informed that no communication email was send from the retail outlet where the payment was done nor a call made to verify the address. Pathetic indeed @ViCustomerCare !!!

    @ViCustomerCare Hey team, I am facing huge problem due to my vodafone sim not getting replaced... Its been more than 10 days I lost my phone and then requested for new sim at palam vihar, gurgaon VI store. But they keep delaying it. Could you please help me with this?

    @ViCustomerCare Find some new ways to scam your subscribers. Displays 2gb internet with 28days validity on the website,gives 1gb and 24days validity on recharge, when checked with CC, they call you a Valued Customer and then proceed to give you what you paid for. So Childish!
