3/ @ViCustomerCare now this name format mess up is due to the Vi store Whitefield, I wonder what did they even review when the customer submits paper work at the store? Now the store guy calls me back and yells at me that it is my mistake (yeah, seriously)

What's this disgusting behaviour @ViCustomerCare that my sim stopped working suddenly and it says not registered on network. No complaint listened and was asked to go to store and replace a new sim. A great way to scam your customers, will not prefer such network services to any

@ViCustomerCare Hey why I'm unable to use data while on call ...I've got VoLTE enabled! But whenever I'm on call the data doesn't works!I've complained a few times already but nothing happened still the same problem with data not working while on call !

@ViCustomerCare 1/ For transferring a corporate connection to individual connection, i walk into the Vi store, Whitefield. I finish all the paper work. I get a call from customer care that there is pending bill amount, without paying that a transfer can't happen.
