    Till now no action has been taken against my complaint no incoming call very bad singal don't buy Vi simcard worst network. Why should I pay bill if I am not getting service when i call to customer care they give date and date I want 2 switch vi network @ViCustomerCare 👎👎

    @Airtel_Presence I'm with you for more than 8 years, but you're not resolving this issue. Having issue for lots of my friends also with airtel sim. But not with VI @ViCustomerCare , this working properly. If you not resolving this problem in no time I'll dropout from you and ask my friends also

    @ViCustomerCare hell of a horrible experience and service from vi. Expected better service towards a decade-long loyal customer. Never been more disappointed.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS congratulations on loosing another long time customer. I have had it with the inconsistencies of your network, app, web portal... Everything. Can't even login to your portal/app, while being an active user. Porting out myself & family, immediately!!
