@ViCustomerCare My mobile network complaint with Ref. No. 4-145227313282. The expected resolution date is 06-Mar-2023 but still not solved my problem because that's Vodafone idea network. How is it ?

What a worst service from @ViCustomerCare in a metro city (Kolkata) Even after repeated complaints no improvement of network in the area. Been facing the issue since long time , customer care of no help. Their app is worst when network is bad the app doesn't even open.

@ViCustomerCare Data speed and network issue is very common with Vi, they just take money, but don't provide services. Request everyone to port out to airtel Or jio. They are far far better than @VodafoneGroup

@ViCustomerCare there’s barely any bad thing than your cellular network. Lots of call drops and an EDGE internet disguised as 4G/5G. Location Guwahati 781021. Even after using the best of handset this is what I am getting
