    @ViCustomerCare Your delivery executive hasn't visited me since yesterday morning for sim delivery and KYC. I guess this is the service a postpaid customer paying 700+ a month gets here. Order ID DCHD17082563105

    @ViCustomerCare Vi roaming didn't work in Singapore despite paying u guys close to 1000 rs..I tried everything by contacting ur agent.. manual selection of network. selecting 4g/ voLTE..power recycling etc.clearly Vi did fraud with me. Airtel connection of my wife worked as soon as plane landed

    @ViCustomerCare I have been postpaid user of VI for last 10 years. So I am extremely disappointed to see that I am unable to get ownership changed for my number under the family plan. I have visited the Vi store in Mayur vihar multiple times. But every time there is some issue.

    @ViCustomerCare @Kuberankubee1 #vi So now you are asking kuberan to go to Pune for latching 5G service!!?? What he is asking??? When to 5G coimbatore... You #vi tell it won't come or may come shortly, instead asking customers to go to other location is not correct.

    @ViCustomerCare The SIM is recharged but shows no signal. When someone calls, it says switched off. Please confirm if the SIM is active and issue a replacement if required

    Why should i recharge my #Vi number for a minimum of 20 days when i want to port the sim to some other service provider. I have some main account balance which i should be able to use irrespective of any recharge but @ViCustomerCare says i will have to recharge to use the balance
