    @ViCustomerCare is there a way to connect to your care center if i am using postpaid number. when i try 199. it says thank for calling in Vi and disconnects. what the hell is this? your service is third class already and now this.

    @ViCustomerCare Ms Palak, concerns are raised and resolved, it's a part of system. But there's no actual resolution done yet. If you have access, plz check how many times I've complained and all my concerns are resolved successfully. It's that simple. You will learn how to fool the customers.

    @ViCustomerCare There is Total Network down since Afternoon and this happens many times every month for atleast 3,4 times, sometimes for upto 2,3 days no network in Pune City near Sayad Nagar Hadapsar Pune, Maharashtra, India😡😡
