    @ViCustomerCare why on the earth is your service the worst? You legit show us 5G and call drop rates, no voice heard, is so so common on every single call. Why can’t you improve it? 😡

    @ViCustomerCare This is too much Vi We are sharing, repeating our problems everyday but aap log koi action hi ni le rhe. Hmare area 212503(holagarh) ka network day by day aur worst hota jara . Kuch action lijiye ni toh hum apna sim port karwa rahe.

    @ViCustomerCare I faced challenge with soft sim of Vi, it either works on GSM or LTE/5G. When you get phone call hotspot doesn’t work. Not sure whether this issue is resolved now?

    @ViCustomerCare I saw the DM. The info that I've already provided is good enough if you really want to work towards fixing the network issue. Make someone visit those pin codes & check the non-existing coverage in that entire area! It's damn simple. There's no need for 5 rounds of questions! 🙏🏻
