    @ViCustomerCare Not getting 4G signal for the last 2 hours or so at Chakdaha, Nadia, Pin-741222. Usually I get good 4G coverage here, but not getting it now. Only 2G signal available. Cannot access internet. Please resolve asap. Mobile no shared in DM.

    @ViCustomerCare Just frankly speak out that vodafone can't resolve issue, customers are free to port out of vodafone, we would do that then. I don't think the condition in which the enterprise is, vi should provide the kind of service as it's doing, it must be much better

    @ViCustomerCare Since last 6 months, despite raising multiple requests, the team and cust care simply resolves the request. Even the last time I escalated, even the vodafone team was unable to reach me due to network problems. Why are request raised? To resolve issues, or to resolve request?
