Tired of communicating with your representative. Worst experience. The staff could not communicate in English and doesn't understand what meant to convey @ViCustomerCare Hindi is not the communication language in pan India.

After continuous request over customer care they have accepted to raise a ticket. Waiting to see how they going to respond

@ViCustomerCare It was really a horrible experience dealing with Vi Cust Care while porting out to Airtel. Suffering from Vi network issue past 2 months on top of that fraudulent call from Vi claiming to be Airtel CC asking me to cancel porting out. Pathetic & unethical behaviour
