  @ViCustomerCare My wife has been trying to port from Jio to Vodafone for the past 15 days. First order created thru app was cancelled, store people forcing us to purchase postpaid and now new order is created and no response from customer care! Pathetic service for new customers.

  Hey @ViCustomerCare Your Vi store executive imposed and convinced me to convert my 16-year-old mobile number from prepaid to postpaid. Within just one month, the number was permanently deactivated. This wasn’t just any number it belonged to my late father, and I had kept it active as a cherished memory. Your executives are literally scammers who unnecessarily force postpaid connections on customers. I expect a proper explanation and an immediate investigation into how a 16-year-old number could be permanently deactivated so quickly?? And help me to get it back asap.

  @airtelindia Your network is not working since today morning in Vapi city and surrounding areas, even @ViCustomerCare network off but they resume it, while it's only @JioCare who gives uninterrupted services during this extremely heavy rainfall. Shame on you #Airtel

  Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI In case of any problem faced due to network, can't even lodge a complaint via 198/199. App doesn't work if net is down, no way to contact with customer support agent. Kindly take necessary steps for this. No help option via call support only robot speaks.

  @ViCustomerCare You check my previous complaints. You have everything. Just don't do time pass. Do some work go to previously provided information. Note: this not problem for single or specific locations. For how many places I give details like house no. etc.
