    @ViCustomerCare this problem may due to improper working of your volte connection.If I switch on wifi also your volte is turning off. What an issue network is urs? From day 1 of recharge I discovered many problems. Your network is not reliable. 👎 For ur N/W

    Hi @ViCustomerCare There Is issue regarding ur network coverage. Whenever there is powercut in locality network switches to 2g . What kind of 4g service is this. Kindly inquiry with ur team. This kind of behaviour leads to switching to different service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare @DisneyplusHSVIP Pathetic Network, Poor connectivity, numerous call drop incidents. The claim of fastest 4G is only in the ads and marketing strategy in real require the support of wifi. When world is moving towards 5G and beyond. Vi is lacking even in providing basic network connectivity

    @ViCustomerCare Latest resolution for my complaint for slow 4G internet (equivalent to 2G) is "too many users in area". We are now paying telecom companies for such resolutions from customer care. Complaint closed without any resolution confirmation. 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare daily my data is wasting you are taking complaint after 3days it is showing as resolved but still same problem occuring.Your network is not suitable for 4g volte services it is best suitable for 2g or 3g.

    @ViCustomerCare This is not a solution I think you have not understood my concern, I am not getting 4G speed, most of time VOLTE not available, many times it shows 2G network & m not Able to even use whatsapp, please provide me with the solution or I have to switch the network.

    @ViCustomerCare Excessively bad service. Whatsapp messages taking longer than a minute to get sent. Pathetic.
