Why am I being penalised and harassed for information gap between you and your other employees ? 3.     @ViCustomerCare Unable to upgrade my Netflix plan from Basic to Premium. Tried via Vi app & Netflix website but it always reverts to Basic plan linked with Vi postpaid. Netflix asked me to contact Vi, but customer care couldn’t resolve it either. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare, absolutely terrible experience trying to reactivate my SIM. Followed your re-verification link, submitted everything, and 72 hours later... still nothing. No confirmation, no network. Even your store staff has zero clues and zero accountability. Fix this ASAP.
