I was not having network from last 5months and sending me the bill of that. Why should i pay if i havent bale to use those service

@vicustomercare worst network . i was activated for rs 299 plan. it always 2G network and network is speed is 14kb speed tomorrow i have online exams i need back my money or fix this problem i tried to inform alot of times no response. i need back my money 😡😡😡😡
