    @ViCustomerCare If you have a practical solution, please provide it. Otherwise, I will switch to another operator next month. Customers should not be paying full charges for a service that your own team admits it cannot adequately provide.

    @ViCustomerCare You have asked same repeatedly questions. 1. Since when ? Ans. Network problem happens any time any day. 2. Location? Ans. Refer previously given. Note: this is not only location specific or since how long. This is matter of continuing the good network services. @TRAI

    I had ported my Airtel sim to vi @ViCustomerCare i paid 854 online on their website but no one visited and delivered sim 48 hours passed , I contacted customer care 3+ times everytime they say 30 minutes but no call nothing happen no status update vi scammed me 854

    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer even visited my location, confirmed the network problem, and informed me that only 2G connectivity was available and that it would be fixed soon. Despite all these assurances, nothing has changed
