    @philipjourno @ViCustomerCare The sad irony is... the experience has IMPROVED in our building. I have an accounting problem. A tiny, SIMPLE a/cs matter (for VI) which we want to correct. But they will NOT solve it. Airtel is ready to start afresh. But VI doesn't care. Feel sad to leave... But no other go.

    @ViCustomerCare No SMS is being sent from my vi number. Despite repeated complaints, the problem is not being solved in any way. Why is sending SMS from my number stopped? Customer care is being misused. Let me know how I will share my vi phn no with you.

    @ViCustomerCare Iv already ported out after that lady redefined the meaning of customer for me. You help your existing customers to save your image as her tweets are going viral on how you people are harassing her. Save your sinking ship and identify the people who are makeing more holes to it.

    @ViCustomerCare You are thieves - apart from poor qos & yr non compliance with DND I recharged with INR 49 & should get 38 INR secondary balance- However INR 10.68 got debited from my main balance which was INR 44 + . The amount should only get debited from sec bal @DoT_India

    Exposing Big Fraud By VI LTD. 01/07/2021 - I get a call from Vi LTD. Claiming Regional Manager for offers to cancel PORT-OUT Request. He provided multiple offers which made me cancel the request even after submitting the documents to Airtel Retailer. ( PART - 1 ) @ViCustomerCare
