@ViCustomerCare 6. Poor Networks, Connection lost, Poor Call connectivity, unable to use mobile data and hear incoming calls. 4G is speeding only 0.04 kbps 7. Only 2 Signal Bars always 8. Sometimes 4G, sometimes 2G 9. Facing same issues everyday 10. All the time I hope you will look into this.

@ViCustomerCare Recharged my number from VI app. Money got deducted and recharge success message was shown. But nothing happened on my number. Also the app doesn't show anything in recharge history. Fix this ASAP or refund my money.

Hello @ViCustomerCare Why there is no Kannada language option in your App ? there is all major languages of India not Kannada. Please add language asap or will port to @JioCare as there is better service in Kannada. Thanks ! #ServeInMyLanguage @KannadaGrahaka
