If anyone terminate their service with Vi, there is a deposit refund. It never reaches the customer. It is informed that the cheque will be handed over to the nearby stores. If we can get the information RTI to check who the real recipient is? @TRAI @ViCustomerCare @JioCare

@ViCustomerCare hello network is unavailable in my area.when network comes then also it comes with bad quality. You are India's most bad network. I am feeling very sad after using your services and I recommend everyone to not use vi and use high quality network of airtel. Thanks.

@ViCustomerCare Hi.Just purchased a VI sim.I've a lot things in my mind but I'm utterly disappointed to say the least. The net speed is so slow that I couldn't even push this tweet through nd had to switch to my alternative network.All the ads for THIS? If anything, fix this ASAP

@ViCustomerCare @AmreliaRuhez Vi fraud service. Validity pack, mini unlimited pack and main balance are activated for my number then why Vi is pushing for recharge of 129. If all necessary pack is activated then why i can't use sms service.
