    @ViCustomerCare Horrible experience with your customer care teams in my last 5-6 calls and no help provided so far. I’m being charged for services I deactivated before they monthly cycle. This is unfair and cheating the customer. I think it’s time to switch. @vodafonein1

    @ViCustomerCare - I am very disappointed with my last transaction. Amount is paid from bank but the recharge transaction is failed and not able to find. Unable to call the customer care because of the no balance in account.#frustrating 😭

    @ViCustomerCare don't ever call yourself as fastest 4 G network. No customer care services. No proper feedback process. Shittiest app design. Excuses for not providing good internet service. In last 10 days internet speed in my area dropped by 10 times. You have no future
