@polimernews @ViCustomerCare why no problem with vodafone #vi.???? They don’t have indoor coverage, vowifi. Customers are suffering. But no use.

As i said, finally ported to @JioCare from @ViCustomerCare. I had been vodafone customer since it was hutch. Finally transitioned due to poor vi services despite many complaints. No wonder why they are going out of business. Thank you jio for the seamless transition.

Pathetic customer service from @ViCustomerCare Vodafone store isn’t any better, they too don’t know how to face their client. Their lethargic behaviour is the reason people opting out and switching to Airtel or Jio

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia as after recharge with 49 rupees I am not able for SMS I am not also to make a call to anyone and also on 198 that is completely free. I think u should stop ur business in India if u can't provide good service to your customers.

@Airtel_Presence in my neighborhood we have around 20 airtel connections and we all are porting to some other network since you guys didn't do anything about the tower problem here may be to @JioCare @ViCustomerCare
