    @ViCustomerCare I recharged on 5th June and my unlimited pack is valid till 30July21. But my services are barred and I can't make outgoing calls. I called Customer care and they suggested taking sim out of the phone and insert back properly. I did, but still the issue remains. Pathetic service.

    @ViCustomerCare , how many times , I have to share the same info . I have shared all the needed parameters. Still , I don't see a solution for the problem

    @ViCustomerCare Valsang waadaa, Solapur Akkalkot Road, Near Revan Siddheshwar temple Limbi Chincholi ( Valasang, 413228 Kindly check this area very bad network and internet connection, sometimes automatically all network bars, will goes off, please resolve this ASA possible

    Last month my phone was stolen. I bought the duplicate sim & transferred the ownership, but now my old stolen sim is activated and the duplicate sim is not working.I am getting silly responses from store guys and the service team, really fed up with your service. @ViCustomerCare

    @AlikokToRule @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare I tried. But it's not connecting to customer care. Only the bot speaks. And it doesn't have the option for deactivating/ closing the number. :(
