@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I have spent 5.5 hrs at Vi JMD Regent Square MG Road Gurgaon Store only to be told to wait ANOTHER 24 hrs for issue resolution of a simple SIM card replacement. Absolutely pathetic. And no one from your team had contacted me or the store.

@ViCustomerCare Pls ask them to contact Vi JMD Regent Square MG Road Gurgaon Store as the team here have asked me not take any calls while the complex & painful process of SIM replacement is underway. I’m a senior citizen & travelling tomorrow, need a phone and service provider that works.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Sorry to say there is no VI office in Saraidhella as indicated in your weblink. Visited Police line office yesterday , office charged Rs 100 for top up and Rs25 as service charge. But still message is not going and coming. What an harassment

@ViCustomerCare Kindly stop this types of fraud and if i had opt in for data plan than provide me any proof by which way i had purchased the plan of 699 as i had not recieved any link or any message for same. Its fraud thing your company is doing and after port no one is responding for service
