    I have been using vi since more than 6 yrs .5 months back I shifted to pune (Mangalwar peth) from mumbai .Since then im raising a complaint on vi app regarding the worst internet speed even tried visiting the vi customer care store but nothing happened . @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare bogus duty-free shopping voucher issued, was unable to redeem the same at airport & was told it’s expired while it was activated on Tuesday itself, sincerely loosing interest in VI day by day due to lot of other troubles/ issues as well @ypachnekar

    @ViCustomerCare Still i am getting emergency calls only even after having a valid base plan no network vi,serously gonna port out to other network if you are not improving this at all.

    @ViCustomerCare.... Just want to let everyone know how Vodafone is been making money and charging unnecessary charges, they have been doing that to me since the last 6yrs.... Their customer care also sucks...

    @ViCustomerCare They have the worst service, their call center hangs up on people. I was with them for 10 years, and yet a such treatment. Despite sending emails to the appellate no action. But automated Responses. I miss the old Hutch when their corporate service was world-renowned. #vichodo
