    @ViCustomerCare I need break-up of my Data usage. Even VI app doesn’t have transparency. Will have to abort VI and switch to other vendor if such issue persists.

    @VodafoneIN I’m raising a serious complaint about your network in Hyderabad. For YEARS, network has been pathetic in most areas. I have an unlimited 5G plan, but 5G rarely shows. It falls back to 4G, where internet DOESN’T work at all unless I recharge separately for 4G!

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I recently bought a new postpaid SIM and the text I got said "it will be activated in 30 min" but now it has been almost 2 hours, and the network does not show anything, despite restarting my phone 2-3 times. Can you check the issue please on ASAP basis.

    @ViCustomerCare Enough is enough. Network issues never end. The day my 90 days are completed, I will port out immediately. Stop delays and share the port code now. #ViFail #PortOut
