@ViCustomerCare 4 HARROWING DAYS for a sim card… @JioCare literally took 15 mins to resolve the same issue for my other number and it’s absolutely pathetic how i am having to struggle to get my esim active, forget a normal sim card.

@Airtel_Presence Three days After porting in Airtel I found that was worst decision!! Your network and internet is too poor in my building and area that it took 15 minutes to tweet this!! Horrible even no option to connect with customer care directly . @ViCustomerCare miss uh😥

@ViCustomerCare is so pathetic. Since 3 days, my mom is unable ti make calls or use internet. And Vi just doesn’t give a ****. They’re like tumne humara line liya toh tum hi bhukto. And irony is I am postpaid user with family pack. #vodafoneidea
