    @ViCustomerCare I need my replacement SIM activated ASAP. I was told it'll take 4 hours, your unhelpful customer care exec Saqib said 24 hours, I'm sick of being lied to. If you can't make it happen, I'm sure @Airtel_Presence is better equipped to help.

    @ViCustomerCare i have port out my jio sim in vi on 18 AUG and it has been activated on 20 AUG but untill i can't use internet and calling facilities And customer care say that you don't have any recharge. If sin port out and 1 month recharge is free then why i will recharge it

    @ViCustomerCare Even after so many calls and follow up, the issue is not even addresed/acknowledged let alone proceeding on solution. Your systems are designed poorly and yet you do not want to fix them for which customers have to pay. @ViCustomerCare #cheats

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, you can't get in touch with me on a deactivated SIM. I don't want to speak to any more people. I was told at 1 PM that my SIM would take 4 hours to get reactivated.I called up customer care at 7 PM and the guy Saqib told me that it'll take 24 hours, a new ETA just like that.
