@VodafoneIN I think my mobile number has been turned off, in spite of recharging, I am neither receiving messages nor sending, nor getting calls, see what is the problem with Vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare Whenever I recharge, VI slows down my internet, and customer care says, If the internet is slow, how could you use 2 GB of data? They don’t realize how many times I have to turn flight mode on and off or change locations just to make it work.

@ViCustomerCare @V_Ramrakhyani It seems the #vi network team failed in mastering, indoor coverage technology. It's all over the India issue, where #vi failed to address. They fix the timeline for recharge but not for their service update.. still no word on 5G phases of release.

@ViCustomerCare Paid ₹590 for a Vi fancy number, converted to eSIM, confirmed on call and now NO SERVICE for days. I cannot use it personally for banking. Billing date 11 Feb is coming for a SIM that never worked. Ref: 4-183128720007 Unacceptable service. Refund or resolve NOW.
