    @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare I am demanding Company heads to answer. This is not my problem, this can be anyone’s. If you can’t do the service, many others there. BSNL, Airtel and Jio. I was billed thousands, could be others too because of your system. So do the best

    Today, my phone didn't work from 4:04 PM to 3:37 PM. The moment my recharge pack expires, you disconnect the service without even a one-minute delay. Who is going to pay for the loss caused by this outage? Is your father going to compensate me? @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Village Hathdihan, Dawath, Rohtas, Bihar (PIN 802226) has severe network issues — frequent call drops, unusable data. Ref MUM-N02154197536 still unresolved. Whole village affected. When will coverage be fixed? #NetworkIssue #Bihar

    @ViCustomerCare @viindia Company is not bothered to resolve the issues. Call comes and says my senior will speak to you shortly. Every time a separate person calls. No resolution at all. Such a company where eminent people @KumarMBirla are executives. Low standard
