@VodafoneIN I think my mobile number has been turned off, in spite of recharging, I am neither receiving messages nor sending, nor getting calls, see what is the problem with Vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare Vi Social team isn't worth to resolve customer issues. Vi social team is there for copy paste responses and for fake commitments only. The issue is pending since 13th July for both the numbers mentioned via DM but no one bother to resolve this issue.

@ViCustomerCare I have idea number and having amount in my main balance but can't send msg to anyone. Idea customer care told me that you have to recharge it from minimum Rs 129 for sending sms but i have sufficient balance for sending a text msg.
