@ViCustomerCare VI is completely failed to resolve the issue. It's very disappointing and hopeless to raise complaints. After 22 months has been passed but no resolution provided till yet. Only hiding the failure of there technical team.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @AdityaBirlaGrp Guess WHAT, the new SIM also does not work, there is no network found. Moreover the Social MEDIA Team calls up and says that the issue is RESOLVED, seems the connectivity amongst VI is Broken internally also. #CanItGetWorse

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare if you don't want to help, it is fine but kindly don't torture by sending DM. Everytime I send DM amd explain the issue some other executive messages and asks again, what is going on ? I guess this is the reason why you are losing customers

Dear @JioCare or @airtelindia can you give me a postpaid plan for 2 numbers in 1 monthly bill,and KYC should be at home? @ViCustomerCare couldn't do it, was chasing customer care like hell, and their beautiful procedure is very frustrating (both sim belongs to a different circle)
