  Hey @ViCustomerCare !! I am being spammed by your call center for over a year over payment of "phone bill" of a number that was never mine. I have complained at the store too. But to no avail. Requesting you to pls look into it and stop this daily harassment!

  @ViCustomerCare I have not seen such a stupid uncultured Customer Care Asst. Just now 13.56 pm received call when I request her to registered complaint regarding network issues and I'm unable to make call or incoming she disconnect the call.

  I am using vi long time but now its services is to poor when internet balance is complete internet consumed alert service was worst automatically it's charge 1gb data Rs 20 the Bill amount was 4228, store service call centre service is very bad @ViCustomerCare
