@ViCustomerCare Not able to contact customerCare as no outgoing &incoming service.Last time when I raised this issue you guys said I have to do recharge of rs.49.I have done the recharge on 7thJan just to resume the stupid service.Again and again I have to deal with this problem

@ViCustomerCare Issues - 1. Bad call connection in most of the parts of bangalore. 2. Data is almost of no use. Even 3G is faster in basic jio phones 3. Higher prices of basic plans or combo packs 4. I am bound to recharge with more to use very less services provided by vodafone

@ViCustomerCare I don't want to even DM. Let this conversation be in open. Let world see. You looted me over the years. In the name of 4G not even 2G works for internet service. Call brop, cross connection everytime, no better response from customer care executives and most rude R major issues.
