@ViCustomerCare Worst customer support from a company like you. I raised my concern for refund of failed transaction 17 days back. First you told me to wait for 7 - 10 working days to get the refund. Then multiple time you told me that you would get back to me within days

@ViCustomerCare WHT kind of jokers you have in the name of customer service team? Store guys tell no need for any document wait for 24 hrs.. Then your social media guys call to tell me that they will reply to my mail in 24 hrs. Then your team tells me to visit store again..

My @ViCustomerCare Sim Network is lost everytime automatically. And when I reboot my mobile then network comes back. I use another Sim Cards also in my Mobile Phone, this problem doesn't occur with that in any Sim slot. Why am I suffering from this problem?
