    @ViCustomerCare We are not getting 4G network from last 3 days everytime you team is writing the complaints and after 4 hour I am getting text that your complaint has been resolved, and personally after resolution I cant even see any improvement in it

    @ViCustomerCare kindly update the network as well with the new scheme of data recharge. 4gb 4G data recharged but barley I can use is 500mb coz of bad network and every time customer care representative says we are working on it .

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, Raised complaint on #NetworkSlowness. CC replied that the issue resolved. But still facing slowness in network speed. Been with #VI for #12yrs and doesn't want to change network. Pls take some action before I give up.!!

    @ViCustomerCare what the hell is wrong with VI getting on 2G networks automatically and even can't watch 144P quality video . From 3-4 days service is worst even can make a proper phone call .#gonnaswitch
