    @ViCustomerCare Problem Kulwant/team is that these are futile statements that you, in your heart, know isn't fair because you claim that you will ensure better coverage in future but IN REALITY - IT'S WORSENING!     @ViCustomerCare This is my big mistake that i switch from airtel to vi .... 3rd class network ever.. now i again switch to airtel to get better benefits

    @ViCustomerCare ill make sure to escalate this as you guys are too carefree to resolve the issues. My one connection won't loose you much but I will make sure to aware people as much as I can to go for a good quality after sales service
