Neither calls are coming nor internet is running on both 3G & 4G VOLTE. Worst service by #Idea in heart of the city area of #Nanded. Merging of #Vodafone & Idea emerged the biggest problem for us, both companies are enjoying with public money. Disgusting. @idea_cares @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare Guess wht ? There isn't even a 4G network coverage in my location itself. I belong to the suburban area of Lucknow, (Village Kalli Pashchim,226301) got very disappointed by the horrible internet services. Haven't even saw 4G mark, the coverage is that bad Help!

@ViCustomerCare Wherever you go in West Bengal, you will see "poor network" and "no network". he company is only interested in Money... not the service. hat's why it is keep on loosing business year after year..
