Neither calls are coming nor internet is running on both 3G & 4G VOLTE. Worst service by #Idea in heart of the city area of #Nanded. Merging of #Vodafone & Idea emerged the biggest problem for us, both companies are enjoying with public money. Disgusting. @idea_cares @VodafoneIN

Tried Vi for the first time. Doorstep SIM delivery was smooth, porting done on time, and the 1st recharge process was seamless. 5 stars for that! However, the major letdown was the 5G network. I stay in Ambarnath, Thane, and was promised 5G coverage witin 2 mnths. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI No proper internet service by Vi in Housing Board Colony, Dholpur (Rajasthan). Network completely fails inside the house — only a weak signal outdoors. Multiple complaints filed, even reported to consumer forum, but no resolution yet.
