  @ViCustomerCare Now when you tried to unblock your sim because U got your old number But there is not easy method to unblock your block sim (U need to go vioffice to replace your sim) But U know no need to replaced sim in this case Please make this service is easy & convinced2/2

  @ViCustomerCare i recharged on my no that is 9889121540 on 13 july for rupees 251 my recharge is not successful but did not get my amount back. your network is very slow
