    @VodafoneIN Your 4G data service is far poor than 2G was used to before using dongle actually paying for 4g Plan customer is getting speed less than 3g everyone will accept that.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup All calls on my phone are interrupted with the voiceover. Sometimes there is no voice also. So frustrating please help.

    Neither calls are coming nor internet is running on both 3G & 4G VOLTE. Worst service by #Idea in heart of the city area of #Nanded. Merging of #Vodafone & Idea emerged the biggest problem for us, both companies are enjoying with public money. Disgusting. @idea_cares @VodafoneIN

    @CRED_support Just got a call from your support and I've been told to wait for 72 hours more. I demanded for a compensation and was said no. 3 days I have to wait. 3 days my service is inactive. @ViCustomerCare please don't let cred as a platform for recharge. And **** you cred. ********

    Dear @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia , It’s been 71+ hours and my SIM is still not delivered. I’ll be going out of city in the next 1–2 hours for a few days. If it will fail, don’t blame me for not receiving it — this delay is on your end, not mine. Really disappointing service

    @ViCustomerCare my 76 YO aunt was forced to port her airtel prepaid to VI. And take a family plan 701. She was taking back her deceased husband's number as a remembrance. The vi store at nalasopara west didnt inform her about the 451 plan. Is this how VI is happy to help?
