Hi, I called 198 for one if my concerns and the executive on line was extremely rude to me as if i was being scolded. I am extremely unhappy with the service. Kindly review my call and take Necessary action. Also problem still not resolved !@ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Never buy any service from VI. They have always charge wrong amount added in their invoice. This time the charged Rs 2542 without any confirmation to me. VI is a froud company. Don't take VI services.

@ViCustomerCare Today first time realise that Vi customer care people also has give up on me so rude call can’t express Name Roshan of the caller called on 198 toll free number tried to listen the call as he was asking to Port out no sympathy on call

@ViCustomerCare From last one week and after raising 3 register complain no resolution. After 5 years of good service team is not ables to resolve network connectivity issue.

@ViCustomerCare What is your escalation matrix if any one complaint you then your spoke person raise a complain and then after few days automatically Sr close without solving the issues and without consent.I am seriously taking action against consumer count if my problem not solved or refund
