@ViCustomerCare Hi none of your othr ccare contcts seem to work.Last ditch to get my prpaid VI network workng again. There is no incomng call or sms on my phone for sevrl days. How do I get it fixed if I dont get an sms hence no OTP. Just endless email email game. No resolution.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @vodafonein1 my complaint no C004-116179901094 it says in a msg tht it's resolved. But need to knw wht is resolved? My network & Internet remain d same, it's getting worst day by day..y u charge so much for? The service is pathetic, network is bad!
