    @ViCustomerCare and there was no bill due, as the porting process took some time and there's a bill generated for that period and now I'm getting calls to pay that bill, which I don't want to pay as I was not happy with the service and made so many complaints but the problem was not resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare I hv got the message the problem has been resolved and you tried to call but could not connect but all the problems are still as it is(non-vi number and tele-veri)..Plz resolve n then only msg.

    The worst service from vi 😔 Last mnth i recharge my number for 2 month plan but just after few u disabled my number , after visiting your care center they said me to we have to recreate your number they charged 300 for that process, And force me to postpaid470 @ViCustomerCare
