@ViCustomerCare Due call drop and weak network i have decided to leave. And complaint regarding same was raised on 10th march. But unfortunately nothing has been resolved. now i have already done with porting to another network. So dont call and irritate.

@ViCustomerCare extremely bad network in Film City Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai. Network is completed going off every 15-20 mins. It's disrupting our work. Please fix this immediately.

@ViCustomerCare you must care for your customer well before they taking decision to left. Post porting decision calling continues to customer makes irritate not issue resolving . Please dont irritate once customer request for PORTING to another network from VI.

@ViCustomerCare Now I have received a msg from @ViCustomerCare issue is resolved how it is resolved and network problem are resolved and from this minute I believe full internet and coverage if not this month's bill will be free of charge @DoT_India #Vodafone
