    @ViCustomerCare check field level. Virtually everything seems normal. The network has dropped so low that the phone is overheating, finally I am forced to use the sim keypad mobile from the smartphone. Nothing else will happen because of you.     This post raises serious concerns about fraud by mobile SIM operators, especially @ViCustomerCare There are cases where porting requests are reportedly raised without customer knowledge or consent. Earlier, users received SMS and email alerts.

    @ViCustomerCare I ordered a prepaid SIM via the Vi app for Wagholi, Pune. A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update. Please deliver my SIM or refund.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't buy vi or port to other network. Their customer support system very bad. Didn't satisfy from vi customer support system. They didn't solve my issue.

    @ViCustomerCare So bad...I m not happy with your network...so cheap company...I m going file case against you, in consumer court... U are fraud...u have taken my 712 rupees and also taken 200/- per month extra, and also going to left your network, connecting again my favourite network

    @ViCustomerCare Been reporting mobile internet issues since December and now it’s April — ZERO resolution from . You’ve made me run from pillar to post. Every time a new agent calls asking why I raised a port-out request — do you people NOT read case history or notes?
