@ViCustomerCare I have recharged yesterday of 399 but haven't received confirmation yet. Your customer service no 198 says no active pack but also says expiration validity is 17th jun 2021. Seems some kind of bug in your data management. Can you please resolve this ASAP?

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia I have not yet received any resolution despite already paying the bill. You are asking me to pay the bill again will the link provided but even if I try it shows my number is not VI. I am very disappointed.. DO NOT USE VI
