@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Kindly provide an update. I was committed a response within 24 hours by floor supervisor. It’s more than 3 days since then and no update yet. In total waiting for more than 2 weeks with no service in my phone . I have been billed for services i have not used.

They gave me another sim, another 4 hours waiting and same id mismatch. 44 kilometers I travelled that day for nothing & I requested @ViCustomerCare for a callback. I was discussing my issue with an agent Zaky & not just he listened to me, suggested me to visit main store

@ViCustomerCare Must say, you guys are so non-customer friendly, it’s painful. I visited the store and asked for a duplicate sim for my mother’s number. She can’t come to the centre. I had to ask if they’re joking when they said she has to come warna kuch nahin ho sakta. There’s no initiative.

On the 9th day, I got my duplicate sim provisioned. I asked the main store manager about #volte & was amazed by the answer that it will turn itself after 24 hours. So I approached @ViCustomerCare and the agent told me the service was not enabled for my number, activated it

@ViCustomerCare I am facing problem of network registration in UAE of Vodafone prepaid. Local network provider DU telecom doesn't support Vodafone sim. Please check.
