@ViCustomerCare my complain no is 4- 182622936175 for network related issue and C004- 182637700046 for escalation to senior. There is an issue with network and no one seems to care . Why should u be on yiur network , better to port to @reliancejio

@ViCustomerCare VI's network in my village has completely gone bad, the download and upload speed is not good, I had lodged a complaint before also, VI never fixes its network and their engineer says get this setting done.

@ViCustomerCare If there is no issue then why complain generated from VI Your complaint for Roaming with reference number DEL-V01999547615 is registered. Your complaint will be processed by 14 Jan 26 06.00 PM. This is second complaint in last 14 days but still no solutions

@ViCustomerCare I was Denied lounge access at Kolkata Airport on a Vi premium plan. Later told it’s “Mumbai circle only” — never informed earlier. Customer care cut the call when I protested. Is this Vi’s idea of customer service before a flight? Shameful.

@ViCustomerCare VI Phone no is 9753257367 from the morning I am not getting network but when I put the sim in IPhone it dons't work but just now I tried in android it worked but till today I have the same sim in Iphone only it working fine without any issue and alternative phone no 7987602596
