The call got disconnected because the network disappeared. And you did not show the courtesy to call back on my alternate num #VodafoneIdea

Only repeated generic responses are being provided without any actual resolution. Clear proof has already been shared (payment at 11:59 PM and misleading “Unlimited Data” offer). This delay is unacceptable. Kindly resolve immediately or I will escalate this matter to PG Portal.

Look into it seriously, don't force the customer to throw your SIM.
