Provided the screen shot as well. @ViCustomerCare responded stating that they can't act bcoz there was no trace.

I have contacted multiple Vi stores, but the issue remains unresolved. This delay is causing inconvenience. Please look into the matter and activate my SIM at the earliest. Thanks
