@ViCustomerCare what is wrong with you. This is the third time I got a new SIM issued for my existing number which I have from past 13 years but still activation is failed and now customer care is suggestion to revisit store again and get new SIM and pay sim charges.??

After 2-3 DMs these @ViCustomerCare people not at all responding. Now the data plan not visible in my account. Don't know how they deactivated my data even if I have data plan till 19th July. Very disappointed by the response and they need 4-5 days to look into the issue 😰

@VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Having issues with email customer service team who doesn't understand the gravity of the problem & just reply with copy-pasted messages. Being a loyal customer since Hutch days (More than 17yrs with Vodafone), I'm struggling my Sim Card reissued.

@ViCustomerCare when will ur services improve. One can't make calls. Otp for transactions/ verfications never received on time. Pl sell ur business to airtel who can manage better.
