@raajs4s @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 don't have postpaid services and will never keep one also, and I have 6 jio connections all prepaid, this kind of strange deductions I know sometimes may happen but this is happening since 4 months continuously, this is clearly a scam, I did check online and there were many cases

@ViCustomerCare I advise you to re-enable 3G or provide a proper Wi-Fi Call infrastructure. Else i have no patience left in me. i am using this broken network for months now, and still paying full amount. people have stopped calling me at this # due to poor Voice quality & drops. @ViCustomerCare
