  @ViCustomerCare #idea has become worst network after merging with #vodafone If someone trying is to call you, it always says out of network. I'm also facing Internet issues, it is so slow and doesn't even work most of the time. Customer care said it will be fixed. Now Port out.

  @ViCustomerCare I need the bill receipt for my prepaid number from March 2020 to March 2021. You app is worst it will not provide bill receipt. I didn’t receive any mail. I sent a mail to customer care but no response. Worst service to customer. Provide me bills, need it for tax.

  @ViCustomerCare for the past 6 months I'm not able to make or recieve any call. Customer care register the complaint and send a message that it has been resolved, still not able to make or receive any call. And you claim you're the best network!
