What the hell @ViCustomerCare? I have recharged for Callertune service on 26th June, 2021 but VAS is showing deactivated. When I called your customer care they are adamant that I have deactivated it today. Bullshit.

@ViCustomerCare U guys are pathetic even after assuring me of problem resolution it is not resolved. I recharged again and didn’T get the balance I guess they are covering their losses by looting the customer .

@ViCustomerCare Is your VoLTE service down in Whitefield Bangalore? In my case due to poor network coverage I am unable to make calls without the VoLTE service. I have complained many times but have never received a lasting and permanent resolution.

@ViCustomerCare I have raised a complaint about zero network since last 24 hours and the complaint Id is MNG-V00520447593. But the ETA given is 13th July!! What am I supposed to do till then with zero network? Cc @TRAI
