@ViCustomerCare when there is power outage in my area then we can't make calls and not even to use internet. It is happening on daily basis. Tower is located just 500m from my home. But they keep shutdown generator and save the fuel and sell to public. I'm so frustrating.

Worst network of India- #VI I have recharged my mobile 3 days back with 459 Rs for 56 days. & I am unable to open Google page/Mail or anything else. I had registered complaint before 2 days back but I didn't get any solution. Guys Plz don't go with VI.. @ViCustomerCare

I did a wrong recharge mistakenly and contacted cust support and was advised thay they would call me back in half an hour and it's been 3 days. What a great customer service @ViCustomerCare. Thank you VI for the excellent service. Airtel and Jio are far better than u guys.
