@ViCustomerCare SHAME ON YOU. using cheap tactics to prevent customers from porting out. Having people call us and say “ you’ve registered for port out twice. Unless you cancel one, it won’t go through. Please send Cancel to 1900”. My trust in you was low but now..

@ViCustomerCare have been a long time customer now but lately I feel customer reach, bill charges all have become very non transparent. From2-3 months, facing some issue or other with my bill. Last month, additional charge of 595 levied which till now no one is able to figure out
