@ViCustomerCare @TRAI I had opened a ticket MNGV005986387219, since I am not getting any speed 3G or 4G at my residence, today I got a resolution from VI "we are unable to resolve it completely". I did a complete recharge of Rs. 449, its useless now, as I am not able to 3G or 4G

@ViCustomerCare You couldn't probably get through cause network issue, even though I'm barely connected to network, whenever somebody calls me they'll get response that I'm another call or switched off in robot voice which is unsual cause my phone is never switched off and im not on another call
