@ViCustomerCare Frustrated with vi i made port request after which i got 7 calls i shared my problem on all those calls i told my problem to 5 officials but i am getting calls after every hour and they are again and again asking me about the problem are asking.

Pathetic service Vodafone since 10 days i m trying to get in touch with u guys.. activated caller tune on my number , rechrge was successful of 78 rs. showing activated from ur end but unable to select song .. asking to reacharge again.. happened first time... @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Hi!! Same here. I have been waiting for good & considerable signal strength since june 27 (that was the first time I had reported you about the signal problem & this is 4th time) #HappyToEnjoy4G instead of 2G in the name of 4G

@ViCustomerCare In PIN area 742163, there are no data network in locatoin of my house. Several times I called customer care but they told me to call after one hour. Even the don't gave me a compliment number. I am not able to do any work through your network. Do something.

Even the dumb bots are better than the customer service reps of @ViCustomerCare They'll make you break your head even you wanna pay your bill. Worse service, worst Customer service.
