    @ViCustomerCare Call me only when its a very senior manager or like a nodal officer. When I was associated with vi I had bad experience and when I left it's still bad. PS: I had the redX plan and I was never able to call customer care.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Sir, I have ported from Airtel Postpaid to Vi postpaid in search of better services and network. But I am disappointed with the service and network both. I am feeling like robbed by Vi team. Very pathetic services and network in both city and rural areas.
