    @kaleemansari1 @ViCustomerCare First of all, good decision. Support the underdog. Secondly, celebrities are NOT kings or queens. They’re just doing their job. Lastly, given how he went from Airtel to Jio to Vi, it shows they go where money takes them. Not their beliefs and values. Don’t be blindfolded.

    @ViCustomerCare It’s not only the network but nothing is good in VI, from postpaid plans to customer care services , everything is worst . Check my emails and messages and chat history you will come to know about my frustration

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately
