@airtelindia you have to take it seriously I'm also in the same area and facing the same issue such poor quality network. why you're not taking it seriously. If you're not taking it seriously we are ready to move to another network @JioCare @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Never go for Vi. I bought 3 numbers from VI STORES. 7527051000, 7528051000 & 7528075000 (paid numbers). Even after so many days the sim cards are not fetching any network. Customer care persons keep calling me but No one is solving my problem. Worst service. NEVER choose VI.

@ViCustomerCare Your technician visited me an year ago. And he said the problem is with tower and that you will enhance its capacity. I am waiting for the last one year. Please complete it today or tomorrow.

@ViCustomerCare @Vodafone_CEO Worst customer experience at one of your stores in Lajpat Nagar II, New Delhi. Firstly you guys shut the SIM without any prior intimation and then the new SIM also doesn't work. A person is left with no connectivity and your agents have no solution.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Issue hasn’t been resolved yet, how can you bill after credit limit has been exhausted and phone services have been stopped. No information recieved when credit limit was about to get exhausted. Resolve this asap otherwise I will have no choice but legal action

@ViCustomerCare Even logging a complaint on social media has gone the worst. 3 days back issue was escalated yesterday it was confirmed you won't be called as the team has been informed. Ref Comp No. 4-4-125214696982. Just now received a call, your have really gone the worst.
