  @ViCustomerCare I DM’d all details about my iMessage/FaceTime activation issue. No resolution yet. Prepaid user, no international SMS. Need international SMS enabled for iMessage activation on prepaid . Please fix this ASAP

  Worst network The internet does not work when needed. The network is full but where does the internet go down? And this is not a problem of one day, it is a daily problem. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare After getting call from Mofijul Islam (7872916884) & Tari Debnath (8337076792) with full of assurances & good words it seems all are mockery & Vi doesn't bother about customer. Still no one visits to deliver the SIM. Refund my money ASAP. @ViNewsOfficial @ViBusinessIndia

  Dear @JioCare, @ViCustomerCare and @BSNLCorporate, if this is how broadband support works elsewhere too, please let me know before I switch. After 3 days, 4 engineer visits and a “resolved” ticket with no internet, I’m evaluating my options.
