    @airtelindia you have to take it seriously I'm also in the same area and facing the same issue such poor quality network. why you're not taking it seriously. If you're not taking it seriously we are ready to move to another network @JioCare @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare 8697011425 vi post paid number belongs to my mother who is 78 years old. Sim is not working, showing no network, when asked CC told my mother need to visit vi store to replace sim there is no home delivery!!!!!!!

    @ViCustomerCare i moved my sim from old phone to new one but it is showing invalid sim, now its not working in old phone as well. i think sim must have got corrupted(its quite old). How can i get a new sim of same number?? this is urgent.

    @ViCustomerCare After a couple of days, getting the same response... So with @ViCustomerCare now even if you have enough balance and service, a single port out SMS from is going to cost 128. Very poor decision... Mark my tweet - Your days in this industry are numbered and death is inevitable

    @ViCustomerCare have tried to email you regarding the problem, no honest reply. Since April end no resolution to the problem. Without services I am being billed, sad and disappointing. Either I will quit Vi as customer or you better resolve the issue now on priority.

    Thank you @ViCustomerCare Agar tum na hote, tho mujhe 2021 me 2005 wali feeling nahi aati. I felt so nostalgic when video buffered, even a video in 240p is buffering 420 times. Already made complaint twice on customer care. & now i realize why ur share price is hitting Ground.
