@airtelindia you have to take it seriously I'm also in the same area and facing the same issue such poor quality network. why you're not taking it seriously. If you're not taking it seriously we are ready to move to another network @JioCare @ViCustomerCare

@kunalwap @ViCustomerCare Vi has become **** now... I recharged with 79 and to my surprise it offers no outgoing SMS with the plan.. So I did another recharge of 10rs and still unable to send an SMS! They're just looting people..

@ViCustomerCare Are you out of your mind. Cant you see what i have written. Our sir @Shubham_Negi_ already escalate the issue. Do refund or give 4g services. As far as i concern seems company is in higher losses ,so removing there tower. But point is why customer have to hamper. #VodafoneIdea

@ViCustomerCare I have DM my mobile number. Looking forward to resolve in next 24-48 hours. Post that will DM screenshot of SMS ‘PORT’ which will be sent to 1900 along with Customer Acquisition Form (CAF) and Porting Form for @vicustomercare record.

@ViCustomerCare You must have the minimum decency to at least help people PORT OUT since that is what @TRAI mandates... Blocking SMS is anyway a poor decision, but blocking messages to important numbers like 1900 is in bad taste and should not be permitted.
