    Even after launching a complain there is no progress. No one is able to reach me and it shows network issues always. Probably one of the worst decisions I made of choosing this service. Wouldn't like this to anyone. Just port mu number that's all I want. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare You guys are just massaging and telling in my DM that you forwarded to escalation but I tell you that your escalation is itself not working, what kind of your escalation team dear VI, which takes 47 days and still a single connection not able to activate.

    @ViCustomerCare I filed a complaint about 24 hours ago, and the customer service representative said the problem would be resolved in the next two hours, but I am still not receiving 4G network service.
