    @ViCustomerCare Your service is very bad Downloading speed is absolutely zero Now the time has come to say goodbye to your company Vodafone Idea is going to lose its 12 year old customer

    @ViCustomerCare My old sim developed technical problem. I bought a new replacement sim today evening at 7.10 pm. I was told it takes 30 minutes to activate replacement sim. Service is not activated till now. Please check and inform activation status. Number in DM.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViIndia,I am facing severe network issues at Jolly. My device is unable to connect or run on the 4G+ network, which is causing huge disruptions in daily work. Despite having coverage, the internet speed is very poor.
