    @ViCustomerCare Having serious issue regarding call, unable to understand what the guy on the other side is saying. Also the frequency of incoming inquiries/calls of decreased. Despite being your customer for more than 2 decades (1995) we might have to port the number elsewhere

    @ViCustomerCare i switched in vi one month ago. When i used data network then realized why vi is going down. you can't login any banking site, cpanel,can't connect vpn overall you can't login any secure site due to ip fluctuation. while all things do easily with airtel & jio

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Team, I looked into several complaints last week, and the records show that service on my international roaming especially incoming/outgoing SMS not working. During the 1 week, I made 16 calls to your customer care, the response took two to three days.

    @ViCustomerCare your services are pathetic and your network team is so unresponsive, they have visited 2times and taken all the details but not given any timeline, customer support team is calling for acknowledgement only, but after that all goes in vain.
