    I had slow Internet connection and network issues since 1 month and was continuously complaining to @ViCustomerCare and now suddenly it got solved in 30 mins, I just had to buy a new SIM from @airtelindia , That’s all it took to resolve the whole issue !!!!

    @ViCustomerCare Nowadays citizens are using 5G But Vodafone network providing 2G ia has a shared attachment. Every time I forget that I'm using a 4G handset or keypad mobile. U people don't know how many times I have raised a complaint. @ViCustomerCare @JioCare Now i am ready to port to jio

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Concern, I have paid the entire bill for the number 9988406603, even paid an extra bill at customer care lounge and told them to disconnect the number. still VI customer care executives calling me again and again for the pending bill.

    @ViCustomerCare No resolution provided for issue with international roaming pack worth ₹3495/-. Customer Care professional put me on hold indefinitely. Wasted an entire day in trying to get the issue resolved. Porting as soon as possible to @airtelindia or @reliancejio.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm still awaiting the revised bill. I can publish the audio recording where your representative clearly confirmed waiving off IR charges. Please get back on this issue ASAP based on which I'll plan to continue/port out from @ViBusinessIndia services.
