Even after so many days the sim cards are not fetching any network. Customer care persons keep calling me but No one is solving my problem. Worst service. NEVER choose VI.

Shankhadip Pal (@ShankhadipP) reported@ViCustomerCare Today I visited Chakdaha's most famous laboratory Monorama Ultrascan near Chakdaha Bharati cinema hall,chakdaha,nadia,pin-741222 and got absolute zero indoor coverage of Vi. No 4G,very weak 2G signal indoor.Very disappointed to see this at such an important place.

I decide that soon I will switch both sims to Jio. I ask other people also to switch their service provider. So that they realize the problem of customers.

Today also no network connection for the whole day Didn't expect Vi to be so bad in the national capital itself. Irony is the billboard that I see every day stating Vi is fastest.
