Shame on dark data plan pattern by @ViCustomerCare. Today I accidentally do a recharge of 488 instead of 489. 488 pack give 100gb data whereas 489 give unlimited calling. These plain are literally designed to scam people. Thanks vi for your service I am leaving.

@ViCustomerCare When raise a complain they will say sir we cannot do anything please do another recharge. I have literally not used any of the data given to me. @DoT_India please have a rule so user can atleast upgrade there plain in such cases. I am sure I am not the only one facing this issue

@ViCustomerCare Again the same network drama — no signal, no calls, nothing works. I’m completely fed up. If this doesn’t improve, the moment my 90 days are completed, I will port out without delay. Enough excuses. Fix it now.
