    @ViCustomerCare my postpaid connection was for ₹299/- which was later on migrated to ₹399/- by your company without my consent. Now I discover that I am billed for a plan of ₹598/-. What kind of harassment and deficiency in service is this, which takes customers for granted?

    @ViCustomerCare I hv DM my mobile number. The same problem i am facing while chatting with vi-care on whatsapp.. Even contacted customer care twice with frirmds mobile number in past few days but problem is still the same.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi doing marketing in KBC. In KBC Video Call Disconnected. This shows the strongest network ever.
