@ViCustomerCare I recharged with ₹49 today and it's been almost 8 hours and the recharge is still not reflecting in my account. I cannot call 199 for help but I don't have outgoing facility which is why I recharged but it's still not showing. Why?

@suchetadalal @ViCustomerCare my mother using vi network only calling purpose as she is 70+ every time after recharging they cut 49 rupees ...n send sms that you subscribed that game.. how pathetic n cheap tricks to harassed sr. citizens.

@ViCustomerCare - I gave an application to move out of your network due to professional reasons. Since yesterday i have been getting calls for reasoning from multiple people from Vi. I request you humbly to provide your clearance. I dont want these nagging phone calls anymore.
