@ViCustomerCare Just to put it on record that, the sim was never delivered to me. I had to personally go to the store 23 kms away and get it by myself. The concerned rider was again lying saying about the ₹451 plan. He said that the plan is not updated in the app, the actual plan is of ₹551 😡

@ViCustomerCare My data is very slow... In my area airtel gives 22mb/s. Jio gives 12mb/s while VI is having speed less than 1mb/s. I'm facing issues from several days. I tried to call customer care on 198, 199, 121, but there is not any options to reach customer executive. Very bad service.

@ViCustomerCare How simply cuts the network while using the services and demands security deposit ?????? Is this way to demand if you not get revenue on numbers please let me know on this????????? And never get response on the issue and people over stores had a huge demand ???
