@ViCustomerCare 1100/- charged for international SMS charges on a number which doesn't have international SMS facility. VI rejected my plea to waive off and doesn't have an explanation on how this happened. Been your customer since 2009. Maybe it's time for a change. @TRAI

What is frustrating is that you are taking of charges internet on roaming. why u looting customer like this.
