    @ViCustomerCare, I ordered and paid for a doorstep SIM delivery, but there has been no update or response. I have already called customer care twice, yet the issue remains unresolved. This is very disappointing.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI i had ported to VI considering that VI after merger can provide better service, however just 45 days and i am fedup and waiting for rest 45 days to port out. first time by VI’s grace my services are stopped and no support from vi store and customer care.

    I had done the wrong number recharge & within one hour i raised the issue with @ViCustomerCare and they had asked me abt all the details and getting all the details after a week apx they called n said sry we can’t do anything Then y were u collecting details from me

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I recharged my Vi mobile number through a retailer yesterday, but the recharge was mistakenly done on a jio number instead of my Vi number. Kindly help resolve this issue and credit the recharge to my Vi number or guide me on the next steps. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare What nonsense is ur service? sim still not started. They are saying we will assist only when u will take post paid service. I already paid charges for sim change yesterday. Now today they are saying post paid mandatory. What nonsense is this?
