    @12aRahul I think you correct, it's VI problem and whatever band @ViCustomerCare is using it is their business, but the actual scenario is, it is not 5G at all because staying on 5G network and having 5G unlimited it is consuming data from Daily data. And I know the FPU limit of unlimited

    I have a Sim number that got deactivated because the recharge expired.Earlier,it was with Jio. I called Jio care to reactivate it, but they told me that this number now belongsto VI,and I need to get the activation code from them Can you please help me with this? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Recently my two prepaid numbers are inactivated by VI even after recharge of Three months and Six Months and the same was without any intimation. Please help for getting activation of my numbers as VI stores are unable to help me out.
