    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India since yesterday vi signals are down getting 2g in place of 4g , same issue with another corporate vi data card getting one bar out of 5. Tried settings,swap sim bla bla... Issue at jawahar nagar, Chennai 6000082.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare why your service is worst ? Why you people activate any plans without customer permission ? Is your company is so poor that you people activate any service without customer permission and pay your employees with that money?

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for keeping your customer services as expected. You do the mistake and subscriber pays for it. No refunds even when you accept your IVR is giving incorrect announcement and I did the recharge according to your IVR @DoT_India @TRAI
