@ViCustomerCare Can you ask your finance unit to talk to me to resolve the extra payment made to Vi? Telecallers is not who can understand the issue. Vi seriously does not want to resolve the problem.

@ViCustomerCare Since yesterday no good coverage at all in Pune -411038. 4G is slower than 2G. calls not getting.internet not working. No speed, no incoming calls accepting.Please improve the service asap.@TraiIndia .Can we get the rent reduced :)

@ViCustomerCare Vi customer care. You can not solve this problem until unless make 4G tower in village Musepur or Devkuli NH 30. I get disturbance with vibrating sound when talk to out station. At Devkuli Vi don't have signal at all . Airtel& jio made 4G tower at Musepur & have good signal.
