    @TRAI Out of our knowledge, the balance is deducted from our @ViCustomerCare 's prepaid No.@MansiSh60494497 under the pretext of VAS CT and the complainant states that "you have activated this service so the deducted balance will not be refunded" it's happening again & again.

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to send text message & to call on customer care ..Pls look into this matter , I also visited to VI store but they deny to help .
