@ViCustomerCare I have 14K main balance in my VI PrePaid sim, I want to Switch to Esim to use on my phone, which I can't unless it's Postpaid, and if I switch to Postpaid, your representative told me only 1500 will be transferred to your Postpaid Account. A little help here?
