@ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp if without talktime recharge you are not able to make call, then company should hv removed these plan from portal. These are unnecessary giving negative vibes about the company if someone service validity expire ,talktime recharge be valid

@ViCustomerCare Your services are down in Kota, Rajasthan. None of my VI connections are working. No network showing in the mobile phone. Improve such outages or else we will switch to other network providers. Resolve the issue at the earliest.

Dear @ViCustomerCare i'm unable to use internet from last 10 days because of your amazing service , I'm frustrated because some months ago same problem happens, want to port but we can't send message because of ur costly plans and @TRAI has said port messages should be allowed.
