For few days, during my sem exams, the internet providers of Falna, Rajasthan, have been shutting down net without any notice, owing to which today I was only able to give exams for 30 mins of my designated 1 hour of exam. @reliancejio @JioCare @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare, can you please stop with your cheap tactics of subscribing to VAS on our behalf and deducting money from the balance? It's annoying to call customer care twice a week and go through the headache of getting the amount reversed. This is disgusting.
