    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone @AdityaBirlaGrp I am still waiting for a resolution to my problem. My postpaid connection is not working since 16th and in return what I get is false commitments and fake promises on mail, on telephone and what not.

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve shared my details with you twice via DM, but still haven’t received any response. Are you guys seriously fooling customers? This is extremely frustrating . If this can’t be resolved, please help me switch my SIM back to my previous operator @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare already shared my information but why you not helping?? issue is just with my Vi number , not with other Vi numbers. Just only on my number, network gets switch to 2g when someone calls me, this is frustratin @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @TRAI Yes. Slow Internet damaging work. These telecom companies are charging for 5G Services and in return we the customer are getting Internet Speed Below 2G Speed. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare There's no accountability.
