@ViCustomerCare 2. never found bill on email or vi app for addon nb, 3. Bill 828Rs gentd? How? today is Last day of year and have to spend with CC Please look into this issue on an urgent basis, otherwise I have to forcibly think of choosing another option. Happy New Year.

@DoT_India @TRAI Respected Sir/ Ma’am We family r using around 8 vodafone number from more than 5 years but they r providing very bad /worst network services in Data network inside the houses 🏘 always. But they r increasing post paid prices without improving @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare No it has not been discussed or resolved. VI should explain how databases of customers are leaking and scamsters are using it. Second a stupid call centre agent tells me it is not VI scamming me so i should be grateful. At least pretend to care about customers @TRAI
