@ViCustomerCare very bad service they are now forcing people to buy high value recharge. I have balance of 50rs in my account and they are not allowing me to send sms to activate my UPI. After calling to customer care they say u have to recharge of 155 or more to send sms .

@ViCustomerCare From your team always(soo many) excuse about this deduction was, this for data usage only. Which is impossible, if in my mobile always data service connected with another Sim card then how is possible to connect and deduct from my VI account

@ViCustomerCare getting fed up with your customer service who can’t understand or address simple queries. Have been trying to get refund for unrecognised VAS charges applied to my account for the past 3 weeks only for customer care team to drag their heels without addressing it
