    @ViCustomerCare There is no superior experience in VI . Next month I m going to Port Out . I thought it is good but it's service is worst Ps - spend money on to stable your network rather than spending on advertisement we are paying bills for network not for advertisement

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I m not able to call anyone for the last 24 hours my VI sim is showing emergency call only .I don't think I had paid ₹449 to this .My exams are there .please solve this problem ASAP otherwise I m going to sue you

    Still no action by @ViCustomerCare After tweeting for a few days, there has been no help. I have now got same messages from Adnan,Sparsh, Myra, Naira, Alia, Ayub, Shruti, all giving me same reply & asking me to do the same thing @ViBusinessIndia #vodafoneideabadservice

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI My mobile is not working . Every no I dial it says ALL Lines are busy . Even customer care number cant be dialled . What happened to your network .

    @ViCustomerCare My concern is that vi is providing very weak/low internet speed ,due to which we are not able to attend our online classes without lag,so we want you to fix this asap.we are getting just about 50kbps to 150 kbps in 4G.
