    @ViCustomerCare 3rd class network, 4th class service, Cheap customer care, No call, No net, Failed system, Failed technicians . . So we will go for Jio or Airtel

    Talked to the @ViCustomerCare executive ! Love that they have genuine concerns for their customers. Anything I complain about them on social media, I get instant call back from them for resolving the problem(s). I really appreciate it.
