    @ViCustomerCare Facing serious issues with VI network for the past 3 days. Calls keep dropping, and internet speed is almost 0 kbps (fluctuating between500kbps).Network becomes stable only when electricity but as soon as power goes off, everything gets worse or almost dead. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I’m at vi store at kalyan west . The store manager wanted speak with customer Care . Manager : janavi I request you to connect call with her immediately. Customer care told me to visit store and store people telling me to call customer care. What to do?

    @ViCustomerCare What about stopping spam SMS on normal days, which I never even opted in for? But for important things like incoming calls nd OTPs will be stopped, there was no proper information. And which operator stops all incoming calls and SMS within just 2 days? Never heard of this before.
