@ViCustomerCare Concern has been discussed but no resolution provided yet! Inspite of my Red Fx plan continuation you have charged Amazon and Netflix subscription fee in my current and previous phone bills. That amount is required to be reimbursed.

@ViCustomerCare The worst service I got from Vi is tweeting here. On June 7th, I made a recharge of 449. It did not work because of a server issue. It's been 23 days. My refund is not credited. I have called and mailed. Still no response. Interaction number is KEL-V00499539065
