    @ViCustomerCare now I understand why you are loosing your customers. For a Postpaid customer you start calling daily 5 times before due date. Creating unnecessary nuisance. Finally customer no choice but to left your base.

    @ViCustomerCare It’s not only the network but nothing is good in VI, from postpaid plans to customer care services , everything is worst . Check my emails and messages and chat history you will come to know about my frustration
