    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I would like to inform you that the network and internet issue with my corporate Vi SIM is still unresolved even after raising the concern earlier. Due to continuous call drops and poor internet connectivity, my field work and communication are getting affected regularly.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi Team, My old Vi number 91687829×× has been inactive for many years. I understand it may have been deactivated or recycled, but I would still like to check if there is any possibility of getting the same number reissued to me. Please help me with the details. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for the response. I have already shared the issue multiple times through customer care and email but no resolution has been provided yet. Requesting refund/reversal since the recharge amount was deducted but the service is still unusable.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Vi network service in haryana is so poor your own data stated 80% harayana is without 5g internet connection but you charge for 5g unlimited network why Vi of their is no 5g than you why charge for 5g in haryana. @TRAI

    1/3 I ported my number 9241235759 from Jio to @ViCustomerCare expecting better service. VI later approved a Late Payment Waiver of ₹118. But after port-out to @airtelindia, the same waiver was reversed and added back into final dues.
