    From last 10 to 15 minutes, I'm facing-- 1. No 4G Signal 2. Only H+ Signal 3. Signal Fluctuations 4. No proper internet What's the issue? @ViCustomerCare I believe #vi is doing great job in many terms but fix these kinds of issue, so your service will be great. #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare thank you for the support. I was unable to attend follow up call but the fact that you reached out shortly after complaint was raised and called several times unless I had a word with you and issue was completely resolved is appreciated. Keep up the good work.

    @fatimaahjameel i just opened social media after few days for dm complain to @ViCustomerCare and post login yours was the first post i saw . I stopped regular usage of social media in 2019 . you can dm me we can see if it goes any further. FYI i am btech final year unplaced student.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare i have been wrongly billed i have raised complaints but still no resolution. So i didnt pay the wrong bills. My number has been given to recovery agents and they are bothering me n my family. But no bill corrections.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't buy any prduct Too much problm facing Even in d name of 4g providing 2/3g service when I'm complain n vi technician visit my house then say opp ur house there's a 5floor building which is disturbing for network signal n customer care told our team working on that site Haha
