@ViCustomerCare displaying 28 days validity but crediting 21 days is a deception and then not registering the complaint. Why latest plan changes haven't been updated? Is this right way to treat the situation? I am sure many must have been affected by this. Please advise

@Trai @ViCustomerCare these people are basically looting poor people's money. To simply send an SMS to my bank I have to recharge for 129rs. And then also my work is not done. You representatives are so irresponsible,they can't even say the right amount also..so frustrated
