I don’t need a refund if you can transfer the plan to my dad’s number. If that’s not possible, please cancel the recharge and refund @airtelindia @CRED_club

It's not possible to install UPI app on each & every device, still this stupid limitation. Other apps have an option to scan a QR code, why can't you provide one?

You could consider @reliancejio for IR, and it also supports Wi-Fi Calling, so in supported situations you can stay connected over Wi-Fi and receive OTPs without relying on local network. 👍
