@ViCustomerCare I am subscriber of Vodafone idea (earlier Idea) and number is 9234010335. Since 2 days back it has stopped giving signal and then customer care and they confirmed SIM not working so go to Vi store and get another SIM with same.

@ViCustomerCare How do I talk to a real person in VI? Calls to both 198 and 199 go through an automated system with only automated responses and there seems no way to talk to a real person. The chat function is also a bot! I need to register a complaint on unauthorised deduction.
