    @ViCustomerCare What kind of scam is going on ? Rs.21 has been deducted automatically from my main balance without my consent. If this issue is not been resolved, I need to file a criminal case against your company under section 415, 420 & 405 of IPC and 156 clause 3 of CRPC.

    @ViCustomerCare Please confirm the exact issue we are facing with our voice (unable to make voice calls, unable to receive voice calls, call quality, call drop, unable to make and receive voice calls) and data services (slow speed, unable to browse some or any websites).
