@ViCustomerCare I think I should go for another network. VI internet service are too much bad. It works okay on instagram but what is the problem with other app like unacadamy. Whenever I start those applications speed goes to 2G. Worst internet speed.

@ViCustomerCare Well almost another 24 hours and still no solution.Didn’t even got a call, seems priority just to reply on twitter not resolution of the problem. My first call for this problem was on 21st its now 7 days and the problem is still unresolved

@ViCustomerCare Internet speed of Vi in Chhittupur Bhagwanpur Varanasi(PIN221005) is very poor due to which 360p video cannot be played on YouTube. No response was received even after 12 to 15 complaints were lodged. Please do try to provide good facility.

Made several complains @ViCustomerCare about their most horrible 4G connectivity giving details of my vodafone number, address, etc. thru their #Vicare whats app. But all useless. Twitter DM cannot be sent to them. Wonder how India allows such cheat firm to operate!!
