@ViCustomerCare Still nowhere near resolution. Get call from. Multiple teams of yours and each has different thought process but no one is able tk resolve issue. Seems like struck in Circus jumboo and jockers are making fun of me

@ViCustomerCare Well clearly you are asking me to travel to another state for getting the SIM. This is weird & absurd to expect a customer to travel for a prepaid SIM. Worst service provider in terms of support. I have paid my postpaid bills & will now port my number to @JioCare or @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare for the last 4-5 days, I am not able to connect to internet on my phone, I have already raised a complain, and it was supposed to be resolved by today 1pm , however it's 8 pm and nothing has been done. This is very bad customer experience 1/2
