    @ViCustomerCare I have clearly mentioned that it says - pincode is not serviceable for prepaid but it is available for postpaid then why on earth would you ask me to submit without actually reading my tweet? Maybe another agent might help who can actually read?

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I have raised multiple complaints regarding slow internet speed, but the issue is still not fully resolved. This is a serious network-level problem affecting daily usage. If this continues, I will escalate further. Please provide a permanent solution ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare , it seems that vi doesn't care about customers. I have been chasing for 5G network since February 2026 and still no action is done on the same. Also nobody replied in the email as well. Very disappointed

    What stupid customer care service you guys have @ViCustomerCare Called your customer care no twice, couldn't get connected to the customer agent... Why the hell do you keep customer agents? Just for time pass!! We don't have time to do so!

    @Airtel_Presence i have gotten real & multiple first hand reviews of your shrewd business tactics & have faced bad customer support myself in the past, my sim initially was airtel itself & had to port out now, i have chosen @ViCustomerCare I am hopeful I'll have a better experience
