    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Second of all, the bill details clearly show the 32 bucks charge is for national roaming which is already included in my plan. So why is your representative lying to me? And how can you activate any service that the customer has not requested?

    @ViCustomerCare if Vi wants me to connect to any WiFi on my smartphone to enjoy seamless INDOOR coverage with Vi WiFi calling service at NO Extra Cost, why shud we use your worthless network, instead we can opt for MNP. Pathetic response from the network provider #BanVodafone

    @ViCustomerCare I need my old sim which is not in service now and nobody's is using that sim anymore. Store manager asked me to provide the same sim but forcing me to get a PREPAID PLAN with that sim also he ask me to port another sim from family in to VI. Why so??
