    @ViCustomerCare hey vi we have indoor coverage problem in our residence area from last 1year you shouldn't fix it what should we have to do now? If you can't figure it out then we switch to other service provider

    @ViCustomerCare for availing Esim facility, your customer care is asking me to port from idea to #vi. What is this??? If it so, then why you have not communicated to idea customers?? When asked show room they don’t have any idea.
