  @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare 1. I was shifted from family plan 849 to 1149. 2. Thn i was missold one more connection. 3. Thn my family plan was discontinued. 4. My complaint no C004-124729414917 was "soft closed" 5. i cant raise this complaint again. Whats going on?
