    Hello #Vi #vodafonedown @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare It's been a whole day my Data services are down. I am unable to use internet from the morning it's really disappointing , I log Complant , your CS says it will resolve till 17 Feb, that is what really frustrating.

    @ViCustomerCare worst service and customer care doesn't care about the service request. They call and tell it will be resolved but they take more than 5 to 10 days to solve . Network signal is poor. Worst signal and service provided by vi.
