    hello vi i went to your idea store jabalpur shastri bridge chowk jabalpur i had to convert my sim which is idea to vi i visited network issue is coming too much so they refused me said it is not much problem And took my moblile and said I have solved my problem. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare As discussed in call yesterday I will wait till 5th March 2022 which your team told me as resolution date. Even after that I get any promotional and advertisement call then I will throw the @VodafoneGroup sim in dustbin and switch my number to Jio or Airtel.
