    @OyeDeepak @ViCustomerCare @SamsungMobile I too thought the same.. The problem is with Vi but they are not ready to accept it and to solve it... Pathetic customer service...

    @ViCustomerCare -- wonder how you folks work with not a single courtesy to assist customers and only opening chain of tickets even with all details. Time to time marking then as resolved and then no bother to get to root cause. Time to change is imminent. Disappointed customer.
