@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Vi has te worst network in India. Even in places where all other network providers provide you good network they won't. They cheated me providing postpaid connection which never worked in Kashmir. Now they are asking for a bill with 0 usage. Shame

@ViCustomerCare network jumps from volte to 2G. Disgusting service. Ur coustemercare person told it is technical issue and will solve in few hours. But as always issue is still there. Pls tell us right reason and solution time(honestly).

Whatta worst service you are providing @ViCustomerCare ?? I have not used my phone after 1130 PM and data showing 414MB used. What is the last time for the day to use tha data ? Whats in your plan @JioCare @airtelindia ? May need to change the service.

@ViCustomerCare I have shared all details through emails calls and now here but i have received no resolution. This is clear misselling and i am being harassed by asking to pay for plans i never opted for.I shared all proofs that i never activated this plan its done from back end.
