    @ViCustomerCare Please write clearly that the resolution is not possible as as per @vodafone , more network optimization is not possible. So we need to port to @Airtel_Presence

    @nerdycapuchin @ViCustomerCare I'm gonna give them a final chance or else I'll also port out. Why suffer when there are other networks available? Let's see if they'll actually resolve the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare We have registered your Network complaint with ref. no. GUJ-V00600812136 The expected resolution date is 02 Sep '21 6:00PM. @ViCustomerCare Your CC executive is telling me that asked timeline was not for resolution but to investigate the fault!! Read the word again, resolution

    @ViCustomerCare Why is it mandatory to convert to postpaid for registering a e-sim in Vodafone whereas other service providers are allowing prepaid customers to get e-sim?
