    @ViCustomerCare your customer care advisor are so lazy that they are putting the blame on my bank regarding the messages , is this kind of help that vi gives , pathetic service and unprofessional people , infact when I asked for manager , the advisor kept me on hold for 15 min

    @ViCustomerCare Wifi calling uses broadband for better quality. Why don't you improve network quality instead? Low quality and call drops while traveling are so high.
