Customer care told me there are no use of number so we suspended it but if you suspend how I got my bill??? @ViCustomerCare and I literally paid that suspended number’s bill for 2 months and your customer care person told me we won’t generate suspended number’s bill ??? WTF ?

@ViCustomerCare there is a policy that a customer may ask for refund of late payment charges once in a quarter. I have availed that quite a few times before. This time service executive has denied. Can you please clarify if this policy has changed and when?

Now I get why #Vi keeps losing lakhs of users. It’s not about cheap plans, it’s the worst service! SIM goes dead, they say “not verified” & I might lose the number, unless I go postpaid 🤡 Another store wants ₹300 to reissue it. @ViCustomerCare this is tele-com-edy.

@ViCustomerCare I am extremely frustrated. I recharged ₹365 for Unlimited Data on 19 July, and since then, internet is dead slow (under 100 KB/s). I’ve raised 3 complaints, and still, nothing has improved. This is not just poor service — it’s harassment. 🧵👇
