    @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare Dear Team Vodafone.. if u dont stop calling 4 payment of bills b4 the due dates tht too like evryday den u will lose ur loyal subcriber of 15 yrs. Its harassment. der is bill date, der is autopay, never delayed for 15 yrs bt still these spam calls.

    @ViCustomerCare Have checked. You mean the issue regarding network coverage has been resolved?? But I did not get any improvement. Not able to call, not able to use mobile data at my location. There is no signals or sometimes 1 bar. Is this your resolution?

    @ViCustomerCare Still awaiting your response, horrible customer service experience in VI . I want delink my 2 number from primary number but after 3 times call service centre still my request is not resolved

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI i had ported to VI considering that VI after merger can provide better service, however just 45 days and i am fedup and waiting for rest 45 days to port out. first time by VI’s grace my services are stopped and no support from vi store and customer care.
