    @ViCustomerCare How am I expected to access help section if you have no connectivity? Why should it resurface in Guruvayur, Kerala? Noted @JharkhandCMO apparent patronage/disruptive uncivil networks - SBG-816109 stalker-harasser networks also steal!

    First, they emailed saying refund via UPI within 2 hours of final bill. 1 month passed. Now clueless support staff is giving fake timelinessome say 45 days via cheque, some say log in to the app (how? when the number is ported out!).@ViCustomerCare
