    @ViCustomerCare @PulakBi28840801 @ViCustomerCare is totally clueless about anything and everything. Simple suggestion, they should create a ticket for any issue, assign it to a single person. Getting a response from unknown name after a gap of 6 hours is loosing continuity and a long delay impacting customers.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi hetal....I don't know if u are aware of the problem or not .but plz check their is a complaint regarding unknow number joining our family plan for 6 month and we were paying for that number had a talk with @ViCustomerCare they said they will adjust bill accordingly...plz help
