    11 days already and @ViBusinessIndia has not escalated the activation of sim and have been fooling customer on the name of customer support by transferring from one executive to another.@ViCustomerCare Please issue me UPC code if you are not able to activate the sim and resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare You guys are pathetic. Seriously there is no customer care service left. Network is **** and on multiple complaints you don’t do anything. I will seek help of consumer court for the mess I was put through.
