    @ViCustomerCare last several days, the Vi network is constantly fluctuating even within 50 mtr. of the tower, so the battery of the phone drains very quickly, even after complaining many times, a proper solution is not found, please get a proper solution quickly in this regard.

    @ViCustomerCare As per your engineer VOLTE is inactive due to which I have an issue .I was advised to go to the gallery first you wait for 20 min were out of 6 people only 1 is servicing at 6pm & 5 too busy doing nothing at Powai outlet, then they say VOLTE is active whom to believe

    @ViCustomerCare worst experience having VI sim, the sim card have no signal, reached out to VI store, but no response. Sent details to the VI customer service, there also no response. Now I am helpless and regretting why I purchased VI sim.

    @DoT_India @TRAI My complaint KEL-V01122169407 raised on 19th nov with TAT 21 november,but its closed on 12th december.its take 24 days to process and closed without any resolution,pathatic service @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare struggling to receive text messages while in international roaming in the UK. Such a pathetic service, already wasted 2 days to fix the issue, spoke to a couple of agents no luck

    What a pathetic customer service by @ViCustomerCare . store! Even after visit to their store for three time, they can not change from postpaid to prepaid and able to activate sim they gave! Now I know people stopped using Vodafone for good.#HappyToHelp is just marketing gimmick.
