@ViCustomerCare Because of your inefficient staff and poor service why I should suffer . At your store there are six counter but only two staff are working . Now because of staff mistake my new SIM are not activated . My sms are blocked .

After the long bad service of @ViCustomerCare waited there response from 1st September but no result i am thinking for porty connection from @VodafoneGroup to @reliancejio postpaid because #VI don't have good support team who have time to talk with customer AND RESOLVE PROBLEMS

Dear @ViCustomerCare There are network issues including calls & internet in #Kudasan area of #Gandhinagar city in Gujarat. Unable to make calls or use internet despite proper network on the phone. Request you to mobilize rectification efforts.
