@ultakabootar @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I know right, I, another customer for 11 long years, have been having some fluctuation issues for months and they refuse to respond properly on twitter DMs. It's infuriating. I am looking towards airtel as well because jio is even worse. It's a shame.

@TRAI please take legal action against VI for not providing proper network coverage and also for not solving problems. I raised a complaint about an indoor network problem before a week but still no solution and no customer care asked about. I pay service charges @ViCustomerCare

For cos like @ViCustomerCare who asks for “screenshots” of past transactions, do u think customers keep taking screenshots of every image thinking that one day the service provider could cheat them & they may need to provide proofs that they got cheated by companies like Vi?

@ViCustomerCare , Today again Vi services were down for 2 hours. This has become a regular issue now. Yesterday you promised me over the call that this issue will not repeat again but it was down again for 2 hours. Details are already in DM. People should start switching from Vi?
