@ViCustomerCare I raised the concern, in the app they mentioned that the request is processed and in mails everytime your service team asked me to wait for another 3 days. Also, it is not easy to call your customer care from different country. Your Appellate team is also numb. @TRAI

I also suffer from such situation whenever I talk to customer they give me times to resolve but they can't able to resolve the problem and increases the time to resolve very bad network automatic converter 2g, 3g network and automatic network no sarvice, @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare It is sad to hear that you still don't get the concern. Which language do you want me to write in? Concern is that the SIM is not getting registered to the network even at places where other networks are working fine.
