    @VodafoneIN I have a connection of vodafone no. 9983334137 but internet speed is very slow. I have a complaint many time in call center and nearby vodafone store but resolution is no matter in vodafone .

    @TRAI My number 8560999426 was of @Aircel I ported that number to @VodafoneIN due to some problems my number turned off and now I am unable to revert it back on Please help me to get my number on!

    @VodafoneIN An unwanted issue is being faced by me since a week whenever anyone call me a promotion message has to be heard to caller. Due to this not only caller get irritated. But also take a long time to connect the call. It may harmful in energy situation.

    @VodafoneIN I am a postpaid user Even after paying for 4G, the speed of 2G has crossed the problem as many times as the complaint has been corrected. So what is this I have to go to client court now Now do not say that private msg Tweeted and msg 50 times nothing hapened

    @VodafoneIN The number of times I have complained, the answer has been that your problem has been solved. Vodafone is very poor service,I will not advise anyone to use Vodafone in future. Jio and airtel is better than Vodafone, from whose network it is able to tweet @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare please better your 4g network then think about giganet and 5g still dropped your network many times i can't talk properly many times cut the call what is this i will complaint against you in consumer court

    @VodafoneIN Sir was Complain on 29/08/2020, whose reply has been received today on 02/09/2020 It states that the problem is fixed How did the engineer of Vodafone know that healed I have not received a call from Vodafone Neither confirmed me whether the problem was corrected

    @ViCustomerCare Appreciate your response. But what a seriously absurd way to solve this problem. I need to take a flight worth 12K to go to Pune to do my KYC in the nearest Vi store and pay Rs.50 for number reactivation. I'm in Chennai right now. Most absurd policy and process.

    @ViCustomerCare The person told will send troubleshooting steps as the mobile data is not working Those steps are even available online n we are not lame people like you to pass the buck In spite of that no email is sent. Why do yu at all run a company when u have no competency to fix an issue

    @ViCustomerCare Don't call back asking for issue, keep the recharge amount as charity and buy sweetmeats for snacking as anyway you don't have any work to do except for providing silly reasons for your inefficiency. If someone says something second time, ill go and drown myself in some river.

    @ViCustomerCare Stop sending 5G marketing SMS. My phone is on 5G Auto — sometimes speed is 5G, sometimes it drops to 4G. Network is unstable and indoor coverage is poor. Don’t claim “strong 5G.” Fix it first. If this continues, I will port out after July first week.
