    @ViCustomerCare I want to bring your attention to a problem I m facing. My father has 2 sim and his Vi sim doesn't have outgoing call and when I contacted the vi support I was said that since I wasn't making any calls from them the outgoing call has been barred due to inactivity.

    @airtelindia : your services sucks.. I am fed up with your prepaid services. Looking for an alternate now.. @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare . Airtel has been looting me for weeks and there is no way to connect a human agent. IVR doesn't solve all issues.

    @ViCustomerCare Complaint was closed but the issue still exists. What's the point of complaint if it can be just closed without contacting/confirming from customer

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I visited your JP Nagar Sarakki Signal store again today as instructed, and now I’m being told to come back again at 3 PM. How many times should a customer keep visiting stores for a basic SKYC reverification issue?

    @ViCustomerCare Query not addressed yet. Only you have taken additional complaint bcoz after 4 days over you couldn't delivered a SIM in Bengaluru like city.

    @ViCustomerCare Despite recharging 349 rupees pack regularly, I rarely get the service I expect due to constant network problems. If this continues, I'll have no choice but to port my number to another network soon.
