@ViCustomerCare @me551ah @VICustomerCare Thanks for not guiding me properly which creates lot of inconvenience. I applied for 4g upgrade. Due to too much complexity in upgrading sim from 3g to 4g. I finally decide to not use your service.

@ViCustomerCare My requirement was to send a message. I have recharged with 49 rs + 20 rs. Still I was not able to send a message. To send a message I had to recharge with 129 rs. After 1 message this recharge is not worth for me. Please make plans according to a customer need.

@ViCustomerCare @gaurav182 I request you to please PORT OUT from VI. One of the worst company, they market is crashing and they don't have any money. Within 1 or 2 months VI quits the Indian Market.
