@ViCustomerCare what kind of ****** service and system you have. Had applied for port. Then on request converted from postpaid to prepaid & didn’t port. Now getting 5-8 calls everyday from your customer care asking not to port! Don’t you guys have any system updation ? Why the hell do you harass customers. If this persists, I will surely now migrate .

@ViCustomerCare You closed my complaint without solving it and falsely marked it "resolved." For 4 days, I haven’t been able to use my data. You took money but gave zero service. Your customer support gives only scripted replies and no real help. #VI #PoorService #VICustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdeaIN Very pathetic experience at VI Store, Parvat Patiya (Surat). Staff denied help at 7:15PM saying "store band ho gaya," though timing shows 8PM. Security rude. Ongoing VI-to-VI call issue ignored despite 4+ complaints. Is this how you treat customers?
