    Post 1/2 @ViCustomerCare You have charged for VAS which I did not subscribe to and have been harassing me over and again to pay for @ViCustomerCare's mistake. Pathetic call service and rude behaviour by customer care - you guys work like a bunch of liars.

    @ViCustomerCare Complaints registered thru app and email are closed without resolving the matter and consent of the customer. Refund due to technical error at your end is not resolved and you ask me to pay additional amount. Now you are barring the call also.. #poorservice

    After fighting with them over a service they never gave me. I have realised how low on ethics is @ViCustomerCare. It's amazing how they got a waiver from the govt but we customers are treated like scum

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw Harassment happening with me from VI. No resolution to the problem. Daily they call. Open the complaint and close within minutes. Foolish and failure system of VI. Horrible way of working. Disgusting.
