@ViCustomerCare #Vodafone no signal found in my location no one response.i face no signal so many time in a month I recharge 249 for 28 days but in a month i use 12 to 15 days only don’t use vodafone network.

Hi @ViCustomerCare, Today I converted my SIM from postpaid to prepaid. So the vi store gave me the new sim packet but by mistake, it has been lost by me. I would request you to help me out and from tomorrow there is a strict lockdown for 15 days in Kolkata.
