@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I raised a complain on 2nd March regarding the extra amount in my Vodafone postpaid bill. It's 19th March now. I kept getting calls from customer care and I kept repeating the issue every single time. I'm already due in paying the bill.

@ViCustomerCare I have patiently gone to your store THREE times, complied with process and still the request I'd put in hasn't bn executed. I'm being HARASSED by 10-15 calls from your agents daily, without any action on the request. I swear I'm just going to shut down the number.

@ViCustomerCare. The vodafone lalbaug service gallery person ABRAR had treated me very badly. Have never seen such a lathargic approach in my life earlier. After knowing that i came from vasai also he refused to help. M very disappointing with VI customer care service.
