  @ViCustomerCare We experienced a worst time with your company. We took a mobile number which is facing issues from the start. Now without consent you have suspended the number looks like wasted interest from the store.

  @ViCustomerCare No resolution since almost a week. Daily twice calls from the team asking if i have got a call. Nothing else. Just now when i asked them for more info, the guy simply cut the call stating nahe leni hei toh cancel kardo mjhe farak nahe padta. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare I had a verybad experience earlier today, I’ve reached out to an agent Anusha via chat as my international roaming was/is still not working. I am a loyal VI customer but this kind of experience is apalling. For the last two days not receiving any calls (1)

  @ViCustomerCare please make sure that whoever representative calls me this time has all the knowledge and knows what needs to be done! We just missed an important OTP sms due to 0 network at our place! Pathetic and a fragile network service!!

  Switched to @ViCustomerCare from Jio & facing the worst experience ever! * Indoor: Zero network (cross symbol) * Outdoor: Barely 1 bar; even on full signal, call quality is pathetic * 4G voice/data is totally unusable Care asks to wait "few days" to 6 months! Fix it or port.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare My complaint number C004-190157208568 I want a refund since the service that was promised to me was never provided and i have already paid for the subscription. Today marks two days without any calls (incoming and outgoing). Else will go to ombudsman.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare i have given her the details for atleast 10 times. I am paying a heavy monthly amount for international roaming and these kind of services are apalling. I was expected an important call today but couldn’t receive due to this issue. I need someone to help (3)
