    [1/2] @VodafoneIN received a call from customer support. He repeated the same template which everytime a hear from your side when I raise a complaint. On asking he confirmed that they are given the same to read to every customer. This is your service?

    @ViCustomerCare I'm suspicious of of my Vi Number as if it was cloned by any hackers to do fraudulent transactions online using my credit cards, also when people calling me are getting automated response that I'm busy, but that's not the case, call to 198 or 199 are not working.

    @ViCustomerCare See your support. Hello, We tried contacting you to understand more about your network problem but were unable to reach you. We have no choice but to close your complaint for now. In case your problem persists, please do call us at 199 to register a new complaint

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I hv usd your services for quite a long time but Network issue has been a problem on multiple instances. But now its high time. 10 days, NO 4G , Call Dropping, No resolution despite Complaints, even after visiting your store. Can you do something?
