    Thank you @ViCustomerCare for your 12 years of service. Intially it was the best but from last few months it was just horrible experience. Now I have changed the service provider of my both VI nos. I wish I didn't had to move/port and rather stayed with VI for more and more years

    @ViCustomerCare Don't know what to say only one word for your service disgusting every time i received a call and have to tell same story again and again but issue remains same i will not pay the bill of this month as am not able to use this number

    MNP is available but there is no scope for Ownership Change!! Is this a loophole in the MNP? Why customer will bear loss if the no. was ported from Idea to Voda Why a legal heir can't take ownership of the no.? @ViCustomerCare has no answers I hope @TRAI will help in this case
