    @ShaheebTI @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence My friend Airtel India is worst. They ask for documents and don't respond. Vodafone will atleast solve your issue. Dont make the mistake of ever choosing Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear sir, it's really shocking that despite my recharge for Rs 128/- you have deducted Rs 6/- from my main balance instead of recharge amount. It's not good to happen with a very old and senior citizen customer Please revert the account of Rs6/- in my main balance
