    Repost for better reach. Terrible experience from @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare Your customer support executive are so rude and they can disconnect the call from their end. I am seeing this level of pathetic customer service for the first time from any company.

    @ViCustomerCare If I recharge with 78/- will the outgoing be unbarred?Tell me the MINIMUM amount.I don't want to recharge for more as I'm going to port out to Airtel when I reach home next week.I don't want to recharge expensive I don't want to keep your service

    Hey @ViCustomerCare , why is there no speed in your network? Forget 5G, even 4G is fluctuating. Wasteful recharge.

    "I raised a serious complaint to @ViCustomerCare regarding a privacy & data leak issue. My old Vi records are accessible outside, which is extremely concerning. Instead of taking responsibility, they passed the blame to Airtel. This is unacceptable. @DoT_India @TRAI"

    @ViCustomerCare I am a VI customer.. Looks like VI doesn't want to help. After taking recharge and money they have stopped service and no details is being shared. Now over phone they said that @DoT_India has shared details but nothing found.
