    @VodafoneIN Glad to hear from one more representative that all of them are not understanding the issue and proof submitted to support. For them Vodafone is always right... Many thanks for addressing the issue in same fake manner as before and wasting my time.

    @VodafoneIN The ever worst company in telecom history. Unnecessary deductions, starting paid services, without consent of customers. When called on, put the call on hold for an hour's by saying forwarding to seniors. Instead go for begging.

    @ViCustomerCare On 9th march i recharged wrong number of ₹479. I have mailed to customer care about but not get any satisfactory response. It is done by mistake, I want refund of this recharge

    @ViCustomerCare worst customer service ever. Called from a Vodafone store to convert my postpaid to prepaid sim, the lady kept taking decisions on my behalf and ultimately she rejected the call without hearing my request. Ditching Vodafone forever.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi team I am not able to use internet 4g speed on prime location sansad Marg New Delhi. I don't why vi is providing poor internet service.

    @ViCustomerCare That is what someone did the last time too when I raised this issue. I was assured that the company will take the feedback strongly and rectify this practice, but look now it's same as before. I think it's high time for people to port out from your network.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't see a point in staying with Vi, i compromised on 5G when every other network is already there. And now a simple issue takes 5 days to be resolved. I need to pay off a loan to which I need the OTP. Are you going to bear the 5 days interest for it? Totally disappointed!!
