  @VodafoneIN The ever worst company in telecom history. Unnecessary deductions, starting paid services, without consent of customers. When called on, put the call on hold for an hour's by saying forwarding to seniors. Instead go for begging.

  @ViCustomerCare For name change..we faced lot of issues and struggled lot. worst service done in nungambakkam and TNagar centers.. simply they can close those branch.. not showing interest and not solving customer needs..

  Worst service by VI India @ViCustomerCare . Having a unlimited call pack, cannot call to any number. Even when calling 198, it's of no use. @rmstakkar . Not happy with the service.

  @ViCustomerCare I do not know when u will resolve my issue. Its been months following up. U guys asked me to deposit 5,000 I did that also. Now why my issue is still pending. Really irresponsible behaviour from customer service.

  @OnePlus_IN @ViCustomerCare Can't seem to get Vi VoLTE on my Oneplus 7T. Tried everything after talking to customer support of Vi and OnePlus and both are blaming each other. Vi VoLTE is working on other devices but not only on OnePlus 7T. Kindly help.
