@VodafoneIN The ever worst company in telecom history. Unnecessary deductions, starting paid services, without consent of customers. When called on, put the call on hold for an hour's by saying forwarding to seniors. Instead go for begging.

@TRAI how fair is for @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare to force customer to migrate from prepaid to postpaid on context of KYC. We can support all documents and verification for KYC. Just not me another customer with old prepaid card was enforced too for his lost card.

The only option i have is to switch to other network because you guys @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS don't look into the problem and simply waste time of customers by calling and telling them that the issue is resolved, if you still face issue call us on 198. Time waste
