    @TRAI what are you doing for the worst network.of @VodafoneIN I have been sharing the result of Vodafon's Worst Network/Data connectivity test done with the help of your APP on regular basis. But I didn't see any improvement in the Network or Data of Vodafone 8n last 7 months.

    @VodafoneIN you bullshit..you don't have much customers so you earn by doing fraud with us. Why are you sending me misleading information in my DM which are not true. With your this customer services you'll surely loose all customers one day. Your recharge plan are very unclear

    @ViCustomerCare I'm still awaiting someone to reach out. If this is what you call a Customer Service, it is better to close out the Customer Care branches because no support is being provided anyway. This is quite insulting and disappointing.

    @VodafoneIN Not resolved..Still getting 2G and 3G network that's troubling to use data.. Periodically network change in 2G and 3G mode when get 4G network everything is ok but it's rarely happen to get 4G network

    @VodafoneIN There is nothing like rocketscience..Only need to increase your 4G network frequency and for this you are taking month and month..4G strength is very low that's it converts into 2G frequently @Vodafone_CEO @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN Hello! Your complaint for Network Coverage with reference number UPE-V00030503913 dated 03 Aug 20 08.11 AM is resolved. I have got this message but my problem is not yet solved there is worst network issue ... Can you please tell me that what you are do ?

    @VodafoneIN your internet service is hell stupid & so is your service resolution. Can't bear it even for while. Can't even compete with a sloth. No option except @jio far much better.

    @VodafoneIN their is network issue in our area network keeps changing from 2g to 3g call are failed repeatedly data does not work and 4g is a mile stone for you if u cant give service of 4g then please don’t commit

    @ViCustomerCare thanks Vodafone for giving us the feel of using the mobile phone for the first time during the initiation of 2G services and poor network connection a decade ago with very poor network connection even in 2021 in Lucknow circle.. thanks for the nostalgia feel

    @ViCustomerCare Pls allow me port my Sim to Jio. I recieve no internet signal no calling signal. Indoor and outdoor. Jio signals are full with excellent speed. I have done biggest mistake porting into Vodafone. No one helps in Vi. #shame #Vodafonelooser

    @VodafoneIN I'm your customer since last 20 yrs (since ESSAR >Hutch>Vodafone), And I have around 10 Vodafone numbers in use. Sorry to say but I have not seen the worst network condition which I am facing these days since last Six months. It's Worst. Forced to Porting Out all Nos.

    Ordered a SIM from @ViCustomerCare with a promised delivery the very next day (13th April). It’s now been over 2 weeks of constant follow-ups and poor coordination only to receive an SMS saying a refund has been processed without any prior notice. Extremely unprofessional service

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia took my 70yr old uncle , jst discharged from hospital, to a store for lost SIM reactivation after 20yr of usage. KYC redone. Biometrics done. New SIM issued. “2 hours” they said. It’s still dead. system doesn’t reflect KYC. What is this service?
