    @VodafoneIN is a fraud company, who firstly sends inflated bill then take a lot of time enact that they are rectifying the issue, then they impose late payment fee to make more money. #NoMoreVodafone

    Dear Customer, you have been charged Rs 181.07 for your Google Play purchase of QUVIDEO HONG KONG. Product Price Rs 160.0, Operator Convenience Fee Rs 21.07. ( This is the main reason i am switching to Airtel. Never purchased and @VodafoneIN have been looting money from me)

    @ViCustomerCare Please bad operator never order any SIM or any services. They will cheat you after collecting your money. No delivery after 4 days. Why @TRAI and @AshwiniVaishnaw are not taking any action upon these telecom operators.

    MNP is such a pain when you get almost 10 calls a day asking to stay back in spite of explaining the issue & showing no interest of staying back. @ViCustomerCare it’s been a total horrific & awful experience since I requested for MNP. Hope you guys learn to respect ones choice 🙏🏻

    @VodafoneIN is a big big problem in the lockdown. Their centres are obviously closed but I can’t even talk to your customer care executive. They’re just piling up my postpaid bills when I want to end my connection. Do something!

    @ViCustomerCare it has been 7 years &your signal quality in Trans Gomti, Lucknow area is still pathetic. Whenever people call me directly, voice quality is so poor that conversations can barely be heard properly. On top of that, internet speed is extremely disappointing.1/2

    @ViCustomerCare VI network at pin code 799101 is completely zero; I can't even use the last recharge I purchased. Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.
