@ViCustomerCare Please bad operator never order any SIM or any services. They will cheat you after collecting your money. No delivery after 4 days. Why @TRAI and @AshwiniVaishnaw are not taking any action upon these telecom operators.

@ViCustomerCare Network team promised an enjneer visit at my residence to fix signal problem. No one approached yet. Can't use internet and calls. Jio and Airtel provides best service. Vodafone is pathetic. 9005980697 biggest mistake i ported into Vodafone. @VodaIdea_NEWS

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @VodafoneGroup I am much depressed and feel cheated by Vi network. Internet speed is very slow and not able to meet my official activities. Too much call drops in Vi network. I used CUG number and lots of lodged complaint about this but still same.

@ViCustomerCare Pls allow me port my Sim to Jio. I recieve no internet signal no calling signal. Indoor and outdoor. Jio signals are full with excellent speed. I have done biggest mistake porting into Vodafone. No one helps in Vi. #shame #Vodafonelooser

@ViCustomerCare This is the third time where the TAT promised is almost over and you are not able to resolve the simple issue of removing the outgoing SMS barring. I wonder how you are going to survive in this competitive market in India. I also have sympathy but am highly disappointed #VIFails

@ViCustomerCare .. writing on twitter is my last hope. My son is in Hong Kong and though we have enabled international roaming service as well as weekly unlimited plan , it's not working. Call support is of no use despite of many calls. Pls help .. he is virtually disconnected :(
