    @VodafoneIN There is nothing like rocketscience..Only need to increase your 4G network frequency and for this you are taking month and month..4G strength is very low that's it converts into 2G frequently @Vodafone_CEO @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @VodafoneGroup I am much depressed and feel cheated by Vi network. Internet speed is very slow and not able to meet my official activities. Too much call drops in Vi network. I used CUG number and lots of lodged complaint about this but still same.

    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare Received a very poor service from the Customer Care executives. Was wanting to deactivate a number which was seemingly deactivated however, it hasn't been. Don't know how much struggle is required to get a number deactivated.

    @VodafoneIN is a big big problem in the lockdown. Their centres are obviously closed but I can’t even talk to your customer care executive. They’re just piling up my postpaid bills when I want to end my connection. Do something!

    @ViCustomerCare This is the third time where the TAT promised is almost over and you are not able to resolve the simple issue of removing the outgoing SMS barring.     @VodafoneIN I am not able to send/recieve any text message if I am connected to Vodafone stay home stay safe 4g network...to recieve my text messages I manually connect to Vodafone 3g network and then I ask for OTP...kindly check on this

    @VodafoneIN Mam do you think your network is good enough or for that matter my phone is bad enough that it won’t get signals! Rebooting is a very basic step and this is something which is understood. Shall we talk about the coverage, antenna tilts, capacity, throughput?

    @ViCustomerCare This is the exact same copy-paste reply I’ve been getting for 2+ months. No resolution, only calls/messages and then silence. Meanwhile, I’m being charged for a service that doesn’t work. Stop the scripted responses. Fix the issue or process a refund immediately.
