So my mind is not working.

If fiber connected at a cell site can provide max. 500 Mbps only then we can't expect more than that. In other areas I have found speed between 300-450 Mbps only as fiber backhaul is less on that sites. Maybe same issue near you

All depends of direction of phone and antenna from tower. Inside our home there are 100 of things that can obstruct signal.

Harnam Bhullar (@harnam_bhullarr) reported@msrbpl @ViCustomerCare The screenshot you posted clearly shows you tested Jio 5G on N28 i.e 700 MHz band and signal is -104dBm which tells you are far from tower. With this band you can get good indoor coverage but speed is max. 60-75 Mbps without any congestion/near tower. Try it with Band N78 band.
