@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @VodafoneGroup I am much depressed and feel cheated by Vi network. Internet speed is very slow and not able to meet my official activities. Too much call drops in Vi network. I used CUG number and lots of lodged complaint about this but still same.

@ViCustomerCare Please bad operator never order any SIM or any services. They will cheat you after collecting your money. No delivery after 4 days. Why @TRAI and @AshwiniVaishnaw are not taking any action upon these telecom operators.

@ViCustomerCare Pls allow me port my Sim to Jio. I recieve no internet signal no calling signal. Indoor and outdoor. Jio signals are full with excellent speed. I have done biggest mistake porting into Vodafone. No one helps in Vi. #shame #Vodafonelooser

In case of more cloudy or rainy weather, the network switches from 4G to 2G. And the internet speed becomes very slow while making indoor calls. Please correct or else we will be forced to leave the vi side. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare is there someone who can genuinely help on a corporate postpaid connection disconnection request . Request given on Feb 2022. No one takes responsibility and disconnects , but billing happens month on month . This month bill is 5k. Credit limit fixed is 500.
