    @ViCustomerCare I'm still awaiting someone to reach out. If this is what you call a Customer Service, it is better to close out the Customer Care branches because no support is being provided anyway. This is quite insulting and disappointing.

    @ViCustomerCare : When escalated to Senior Service Desk, I have been asked by Rupesh Jadhav to call UP support. Is this a resolution that I need to call UP support because I am in roaming? I think I am still in India - do I need to work with regional support? #worstservice

    @ViCustomerCare I m manager of khanna Diagnostics pvt Ltd Lucknow uttar pradesh....we are using few CUG numbers of Vodafone we always facing the problem of call drop no signal after so many complaints we are facing the same problem....

    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare Received a very poor service from the Customer Care executives. Was wanting to deactivate a number which was seemingly deactivated however, it hasn't been. Don't know how much struggle is required to get a number deactivated.

    @ViCustomerCare thanks Vodafone for giving us the feel of using the mobile phone for the first time during the initiation of 2G services and poor network connection a decade ago with very poor network connection even in 2021 in Lucknow circle.. thanks for the nostalgia feel

    Need to approach consumer court against @ViCustomerCare due to their poor network quality. I need exemption from 90 day period to port back to Jio’s high quality 5G standalone network. Because Vi is like mad man who doesn’t want to switch off 2G network.

    @ViCustomerCare done kyc thrice to convert a SIM card from postpaid to prepaid since 2nd of this month . Still KYC getting rejected . Is this how you treat a customer who has been associated for 25+ years … regretting to be associated .

    @ViCustomerCare After discussion with one of the customer care agents it was confirmed that the extra amount added in my bill Rs.248 will not be waived off. I am very disappointed that I have been using your network for the past ten plus years.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, I initiated a port-in request to Vi 4 days ago but there’s been complete radio silence since. No updates, no timeline. Isn’t the porting time limit supposed to be 3 days? If this is the level of service before port-in, I am afraid for future. Please clarify.
