    @VodafoneIN No, nothing was sorted out, I was cheated thrice in last 2 months, top of it the executive told me that she can't help (waiver) everytime @ company's mistake, it's against their policy

    @VodafoneIN The network for the past 3 days here in Lucknow is very bad. I had to literally change the network setting to 3G only and then used it. Please improve the network ASAP

    I believe, now is the time to move on. Get the portability done again from @Idea to either @airtelindia or @JioCare or maybe to @BSNLCorporate. Idea Customer support center employees, too seem to be unhappy sitting at @VodafoneIN centers, post merger. 5/n

    @VodafoneIN This is intolerable, 3rd time consecutively in a row I am facing these issue -Fraud, poor network, over billing, wrong & misleading information. Still giving outgoing roaming charges. @PMOIndia @TRAI Kindly look into the matter.

    @VodafoneIN How many time you raised the concern. Try to resolve the issue. Day by day your network is going pathetic. Forget about data, unable to listen the voice from other side. From March to July when your ASAP will came god knows.

    @VodafoneIN i am faceing a very serious problem related 4G network on my home location from last 6 month. I am postpaid user of Vodafone since 2014. After many complents Vodafone take no any action, so i m now ready for Portout from Vodafone.

    WTF @ViCustomerCare I got call from one of your customer service person. She said Issue solved but when I ask her that Issue is not solve, pls escalate my issue. She bluntly cut the call by saying thankyou. This is totally frustrating that not having signal line more than 1.

    @Ujjawalkr1712 @ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium So sad bro But in my area I get top class speed in day time 5mb/s and night It goes upto 12mb/s I have used more than 400 GB in a month. I know network is not good everywhere. Hope your problem solve soon.

    @ViCustomerCare How is it that there is no policy where people incapable of visiting the store are not unnecessarily harassed? How does a reputed company like Vodafone not have alternative methods of providing services? Why are your policies so inflexible to the customer's needs?
