So my mind is not working.

If this is what you call a Customer Service, it is better to close out the Customer Care branches because no support is being provided anyway. This is quite insulting and disappointing.

The things only to do is give the full network strength all prob will resolve I get every time 1-2 points in 4G that's converts in 2G mode automatically @TRAI

However, in the smaller villages, your towers are located at a distance of 3.5 to 4 kilometers. Consequently, network coverage is very poor. Therefore, smaller towers should be installed in these small villages as well.
