    @VodafoneIN you bullshit..you don't have much customers so you earn by doing fraud with us. Why are you sending me misleading information in my DM which are not true. With your this customer services you'll surely loose all customers one day. Your recharge plan are very unclear

    @VodafoneIN There is nothing like rocketscience..Only need to increase your 4G network frequency and for this you are taking month and month..4G strength is very low that's it converts into 2G frequently @Vodafone_CEO @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN This is only happening.. Every time only new SR no. And new date to resolve what you are doing exactly very irritating. The things only to do is give the full network strength all prob will resolve I get every time 1-2 points in 4G that's converts in 2G mode automatically @TRAI

    Dear @VodafoneIN, stop fooling,looting your customers who are already disappointed due to poor network. In my postpaid bill, i have been charged Rs 260 for international messages which i have never done and Rs 250 as misclanneous charges. Customer care is helpless and rude

    @VodafoneIN @Idea Are you guys even looking into the network issues these days?? Pathetic coverage! Zero network! I have already changed one of my numbers to Jio! Have recharged for 3 months, else would have ported the other number too! Look into it or return my money!!

    @VodafoneIN Mam do you think your network is good enough or for that matter my phone is bad enough that it won’t get signals! Rebooting is a very basic step and this is something which is understood. Shall we talk about the coverage, antenna tilts, capacity, throughput?

    @VodafoneIN I am not able to send/recieve any text message if I am connected to Vodafone stay home stay safe 4g network...to recieve my text messages I manually connect to Vodafone 3g network and then I ask for OTP...kindly check on this

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I too face unethical behaviour from Vodafone.I did my port request and vodafone convinced me to not to do it.someone from backend team called me and said that I have to cancel my porting request in order 2 go 2 another provider by saying they are from provider where I m porting.

Rs. 49 recharge on 11 August, with outgoing, incoming, sms, service validity for 28 days till 7 Sep, but Vodafone blocked incoming on 31 Aug.

    It has been 10 days since outgoing/incoming calls stopped, cant even SMS. After 3 visits to VI shop and many DMs, VI is not able to resove the issue. Standard answer - we didnt find fault @Vodafonein @ViCustomerCare #VodafoneIdea
