@ViCustomerCare I'm still awaiting someone to reach out. If this is what you call a Customer Service, it is better to close out the Customer Care branches because no support is being provided anyway. This is quite insulting and disappointing.

@vodafone @ViCustomerCare Received a very poor service from the Customer Care executives. Was wanting to deactivate a number which was seemingly deactivated however, it hasn't been. Don't know how much struggle is required to get a number deactivated.

@ViCustomerCare your postpaid plans are complete scam, after trying to opt out from the postpaid service, your customer care didnt allow us citing different issues and generated 760rs to be paid and harassing daily in the name of followup call. Fedup with the vodafone already.

@ViCustomerCare I’m talking about the internet speed for which I paid you 600/- monthly. You didn't give me in free, so I'm expecting internet speed from your side but I'm didn't getting, so it's a lack of service and it's serious concerns.
