    @VodafoneIN I want to file a complaint a against your vodafone main store which is located in Sapru Marg, Lucknow.yesterday I went there for reissue my idea sim but they didn't reissue apart from this they forced me to take Vodafone Post paid connection and financially cheated.

    @VodafoneIN please improve your services at 226020 as it has been only 2 days since porting into your network an I am facing serious network device issues, frequent call drop and frequent E symbol while using internet. I won’t be able to continue further please look into this.

    Sorry to @VodafoneIN but I'm stuck for 90 days at @Airtel_Presence pathetic network & customer support. But definitely will connect with you after 90 days along with my all family & friends.

    @ViCustomerCare Please bad operator never order any SIM or any services. They will cheat you after collecting your money. No delivery after 4 days. Why @TRAI and @AshwiniVaishnaw are not taking any action upon these telecom operators.

    @ViCustomerCare This is the third time where the TAT promised is almost over and you are not able to resolve the simple issue of removing the outgoing SMS barring. I wonder how you are going to survive in this competitive market in India. I also have sympathy but am highly disappointed #VIFails

    Dear @VodafoneIN, stop fooling,looting your customers who are already disappointed due to poor network. In my postpaid bill, i have been charged Rs 260 for international messages which i have never done and Rs 250 as misclanneous charges. Customer care is helpless and rude

    @VodafoneIN my mob. No 9696145225 i am sending PORT msg,but I'm getting msg i.e. UPC cannot be generated for the reasons:(1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with ur service provider. Pls contact ur service provider for further assistance. Why?

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , My number 7976566719 was ported from Jio to Vi and is now showing “All services suspended temporarily”. No incoming/outgoing calls. Complaint closed without resolution. Need immediate action and restoration of services.

    @anjusabu @ViCustomerCare Same here. The IR roaming pack didn’t work and on complaining, they just compensated by reducing ₹1000 from the bill. In fact, entire amount should have been refunded when the outgoing calls were not working. It’s just a scam.

    @DoT_India Is samchar sarathi built to help the customer or just another website/app to meet the telecom compliance ? I have raised a complaint for spam SMS/call. Provided the screen shot as well. @ViCustomerCare responded stating that they can't act bcoz there was no trace.

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely frustrated. A customer should not have to fight through endless automated menus just to speak with a support executive.Hiding human support behind recorded messages is poor service & disrespectful to customers. Please respond and resolve this issue. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer visited the location, checked the network personally and confirmed that there is a genuine issue. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.
