@ViCustomerCare I'm still awaiting someone to reach out. If this is what you call a Customer Service, it is better to close out the Customer Care branches because no support is being provided anyway. This is quite insulting and disappointing.

@ViCustomerCare Please bad operator never order any SIM or any services. They will cheat you after collecting your money. No delivery after 4 days. Why @TRAI and @AshwiniVaishnaw are not taking any action upon these telecom operators.

@ViCustomerCare while porting in, big promises were made by Vi, now 7 days, with at least 20 calls to customer care and 3 visits to store, both blaming each other and say they can't do anything. Porting to Vi was a huge mistake. Kindly port me out as soon as possible.

@narendramodi ji announced 5G network plans. And here @ViCustomerCare is unable to launch its own app on its own 4G network! Let alone other apps. Vi shows 4G icon but delivers 2G speed. Need more options beyond Airtel and Jio. #vodafoneIdea is a lost idea. @AshwiniVaishnaw

@ViCustomerCare As per the assurance given in DM the issue is supposed to be resolved on or before 10.19AM TODAY. But not yet resolved. Worst customer service and experience. If I’m not able to use the number why i should pay the monthly bill. It’s almost 7 days.
