@VodafoneIN How many time you raised the concern. Try to resolve the issue. Day by day your network is going pathetic. Forget about data, unable to listen the voice from other side. From March to July when your ASAP will came god knows.

I believe, now is the time to move on. Get the portability done again from @Idea to either @airtelindia or @JioCare or maybe to @BSNLCorporate. Idea Customer support center employees, too seem to be unhappy sitting at @VodafoneIN centers, post merger. 5/n

Disconnecting your @ViCustomerCare is a nightmare! After taking down the request to d/c they pile up your bill. Then they get goons to call you and pay up. You clear it to get them off your back & after 3 months they pile up bill and goons start calling you again. 🧵
