@VodafoneIN @Idea you can’t blame the Government for all the ills , when your costing at 22 is much higher than Airtel at16 and Jio at 12, although Jio entered the Market much later. You need to close your service centres and only keep a few like the other Telecom operators

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI Please can you elaborate on why the DND complaint : 4-178248369604 was closed with a reason “CDR Not Match - OAP”. I did receive a call from this number and this is clear from my call records , yet this complaint being closed for lack of CDR is surprising!!
