    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare Received a very poor service from the Customer Care executives. Was wanting to deactivate a number which was seemingly deactivated however, it hasn't been. Don't know how much struggle is required to get a number deactivated.

    @ViCustomerCare Pls allow me port my Sim to Jio. I recieve no internet signal no calling signal. Indoor and outdoor. Jio signals are full with excellent speed. I have done biggest mistake porting into Vodafone. No one helps in Vi. #shame #Vodafonelooser

    @VodafoneIN I am not able to send/recieve any text message if I am connected to Vodafone stay home stay safe 4g network...to recieve my text messages I manually connect to Vodafone 3g network and then I ask for OTP...kindly check on this

    @VodafoneIN I hv recharged 3 time my Vodafone pre paid no. 9839804110, but still outgoing is not working. Pls check on urgent basis

    @VodafoneIN There is nothing like rocketscience..Only need to increase your 4G network frequency and for this you are taking month and month..4G strength is very low that's it converts into 2G frequently @Vodafone_CEO @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Vi's customer support is very bad whenever I call them they say hang up saying you go to our vi store they will help you better when I go there they talk badly , why should i use vi sim card because these people are not helping me at all. #vicustomercare

    @ViCustomerCare my postpaid no. got activated with much trouble and then to add up, sms services not started yet? it's really ridiculous and I have urgent requirements for receiving OTPs on sms, what kind of services are these? Can you pl sort it immediately.

    I m frusted with Lockdown as my net @VodafoneIN And @Airtel_Presence Is not going good and i can't acess my net as in my area there is not wifi line to install Wi-Fi instead of sikka broadband but it is costly and service is ok not good. So my mind is not working.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm still awaiting someone to reach out. If this is what you call a Customer Service, it is better to close out the Customer Care branches because no support is being provided anyway. This is quite insulting and disappointing.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare,You can sell new SIMs online with digital KYC, but can’t issue an eSIM to a genuine overseas customer with a dead SIM. Instead, you ask us to fly back to India or force a family member onto a 4-month postpay plan just to keep the number. 💩 customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare If you can't run the company properly, then give someone else the opportunity. Customers are suffering from every possible issue—expensive recharges, reduced talktime, less data, shorter validity, poor network coverage, and even SIM deactivation without proper justification.

    Seriously? @ViCustomerCare No 4G since morning in my location metro tier one City, — only crappy 2G outside and zero signal at home. Your app won’t even let me raise a ticket. Not just me — 10 people in my building are offline. Fix this NOW. #ViDown
