    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @VodafoneGroup I am much depressed and feel cheated by Vi network. Internet speed is very slow and not able to meet my official activities. Too much call drops in Vi network. I used CUG number and lots of lodged complaint about this but still same.

    @ravindraperve @VodafoneIN @Idea Hello. Even I have raised certain issue and my issue is persistent since 2-3 week. But Idea is not resolving the issue rather they are running away from it. Seems like they dont want to provide me the services. I am quitting idea. PS: i am Idea customer since 2012

    @VodafoneIN There is nothing like rocketscience..Only need to increase your 4G network frequency and for this you are taking month and month..4G strength is very low that's it converts into 2G frequently @Vodafone_CEO @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN I want to file a complaint a against your vodafone main store which is located in Sapru Marg, Lucknow.yesterday I went there for reissue my idea sim but they didn't reissue apart from this they forced me to take Vodafone Post paid connection and financially cheated.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi's customer support is very bad whenever I call them they say hang up saying you go to our vi store they will help you better when I go there they talk badly , why should i use vi sim card because these people are not helping me at all. #vicustomercare
