    Funny! @VodafoneIN Turbonet 4G services are so fast that it can’t even open Google home page. Call drop, call connection, poor voice quality and feeble mobile signal are value added services. Very good! High time to port! @TRAI @DoT_India

    @VodafoneIN I am not able to send/recieve any text message if I am connected to Vodafone stay home stay safe 4g network...to recieve my text messages I manually connect to Vodafone 3g network and then I ask for OTP...kindly check on this

    @VodafoneIN Mam do you think your network is good enough or for that matter my phone is bad enough that it won’t get signals! Rebooting is a very basic step and this is something which is understood. Shall we talk about the coverage, antenna tilts, capacity, throughput?

    @VodafoneIN This is only happening.. Every time only new SR no. And new date to resolve what you are doing exactly very irritating. The things only to do is give the full network strength all prob will resolve I get every time 1-2 points in 4G that's converts in 2G mode automatically @TRAI

    Dear @VodafoneIN, stop fooling,looting your customers who are already disappointed due to poor network. In my postpaid bill, i have been charged Rs 260 for international messages which i have never done and Rs 250 as misclanneous charges. Customer care is helpless and rude

    @ViCustomerCare Vi needs revenue, yes ... but Missed Call Alerts are a core network feature. Essential services should not be charged separately. Users deserve better..

    @ViCustomerCare When I informed him that I was considering porting my VI SIM to Jio due to extremely slow 4G speed, he said he would send some settings that would improve my internet performance. After this, he ended the call without properly answering my question or acknowledging my concern.

    @ViCustomerCare had a very bad experience at your store. Went to purchase a new SIM & the staff repeatedly asked for OTPs on mail/phone "as part of the process." One employee even logged into my VI account under the pretext of a demo. @TRAI
