@VodafoneIN No, nothing was sorted out, I was cheated thrice in last 2 months, top of it the executive told me that she can't help (waiver) everytime @ company's mistake, it's against their policy

@VodafoneIN How many time you raised the concern. Try to resolve the issue. Day by day your network is going pathetic. Forget about data, unable to listen the voice from other side. From March to July when your ASAP will came god knows.

I believe, now is the time to move on. Get the portability done again from @Idea to either @airtelindia or @JioCare or maybe to @BSNLCorporate. Idea Customer support center employees, too seem to be unhappy sitting at @VodafoneIN centers, post merger. 5/n

@JioCare I would like to make a suggestion/request. It would be nice if you would also provide double data, weekend data rollover and binge all-night like @ViCustomerCare . For this reason only along with the fact that I still have Rs 50 vouchers valid till 2022, it is my primary service.
